I went to the Om Shivram Furniture store in my local area at Pallavpuram in Modipuram as I wanted to order for a dressing table cum bangle box replacement. However there is no denying that furniture is important for our home for daily comfort.

It's not that vast showroom but the owner greeted me standing at a distance in rows of wooden beds including queen-sized, king sized and single ones fully furnished.

Some of them had headboards and soft mattresses that promised cozy nights after long project management days even if I am no more in regular project work.

I crossed the bed area and than reached sofa sets in fabrics and leather which were tempting but i wanted a dressing table for my wife as she has been asking for one with bangle shelves.

As I moved forward I saw cupboards with mirrored doors with perfect storage, and finally a dressing table with LED lights ideal for my wife's demand. I could not stop giving a glance to dining tables in different wood and chairs.

This store has a good collection of wall shelves in modern designs that offers space as per customer's requirement.

Finally the staff guided me to the carpenter who noted down my requirement and promissed to prepare it in about one week's time. I guess it was affordable with right material with solid wood and legs to my choice.

I have not bought any furniture for a long time so the prices surprised me as the price of this dressing table without mirror (as I asked them to provide my present mirror to fix in this set) ranged from ₹ 6,000 which is equal to 1100 Steem.

Om Shivram Furniture is a local furniture business serving customers in the Modipuram area run by Om Shivram.

The store location and product focus on domestic and official furniture, as it's a father and son business started in 2017. As It's a neighborhood furniture showroom/workshop so I go there when I have to get something repaired or buy. They are available on phone so I am providing their phone number.

What are the facilities like? For example, electricity, Security, etc.

They have completely electrically operated so have their power backup besides having fire extinguisher etc in case of fire which is common where wood and furniture material is available.
