The contest hosted by @dasudi in the fourth week of Steemit Challenge Season 31 is SLC31-W4" // "The Sweet Gastronomic Route" - Fried and street desserts.. I am ready to participate in this competition with pleasure. Let's get started.

The name of the dessert shop I discussed is Dessert and Nimki Store. Traditional sweet items are sold here. Along with dessert items, savoury items are occasionally seen being sold here. The founder of this shop is Md. Manik Mia. This shop is open every day from 10 am to 12 pm. Customers purchase their favorite desserts here within a set time and eat them here. People are free to review and purchase any product of their choice. I really like the quality and standard of the food here. As for dessert items, they are made in a very unique way.

This dessert shop is located in the Duet area of Gazipur district, along with the second campus Rode. This dessert shop has been known to people for a long time and is very popular. This shop is unique and well-known among all the dessert shops around me. There are about six employees employed here and they are kept on a monthly salary. Also, new dessert products are made here every day and they are sold at affordable prices. Dessert items include Sandesh, sweet jilapi, Kadma and other products. Everything has a fixed price, but you can get some discounts based on the purchase quantity here.

I usually like dessert, but it doesn't matter if it's hot or cold. But I prefer to eat freshly prepared foods. It should also be noted that I can't eat extremely hot food that burns my tongue. However, I do enjoy eating foods that have been freshly prepared. I have a different feeling when eating hot food, so I prefer this type of food. However, when it comes to desserts, I have a different story: if I eat desserts, I prefer to eat them cold. Because if the desserts are hot, they seem a bit lacking in sweetness to me. And that's why I usually like to eat desserts cold so I can enjoy the full sweet taste.

✓ Do you usually accompany your fried desserts with a hot coffee or do you prefer a cold drink?

Desserts are something that I don't think about when I eat them because they evoke a different taste in me that I can't compare to any other food. But if I eat sweets, then after eating sweets, I search for some fake food. When it comes to drinks, I drink plain water. I prefer to have a snack after eating dessert. I don't want to mix any cold drinks or soft drinks here. In my opinion, it is better to drink safe water to fully enjoy the taste of desserts. However, sometimes the dessert that is eaten at the end of a meal is extra and some soft drinks go well with it. But I'm naturally not interested in eating anything else with dessert. Basically, I want to enjoy the taste of dessert until the very end.

I usually like to eat desserts after lunch. When my stomach is full of food, I enjoy this food to keep my mouth sweet. I eat sweets to fill my mouth with sweetness, especially after eating junk food. However, I don't eat too much of these sweets, but in limited quantities. Because I'm afraid of eating too many sweets which can increase the body's glucose levels. However, I usually eat very small amounts of desserts to feel full. Also, if I go to an event or a fair, I buy a limited amount of sweets and eat them with pleasure. Desserts are just for testing the taste, not to fill my stomach. So I eat this dessert on a limited scale, only at various events or after traditional lunches.
