The contest hosted by @nevlu123 in the second week of Steemit Challenge Season 33 is SLC33-W2 |The Real Video Vlogging Adventure Challenge,E2|. Why did you choose this topic for your video vlog, and what makes it special to your local culture or personal experience?

I chose this place for my video blog because it is a unique street food. Although it is a fancy shop, the juice sold here is quite delicious and popular with people. The reason I chose this place is because people love to drink juice sold on the roadside when they are tired. This food is very popular with people, along with local culture. This juice made from fresh sugarcane cools the heart and satisfies the palate. People flock here constantly to enjoy this sweet sugarcane juice. I chose this sugarcane juice vendor as a unique roadside food stall. Here I thoroughly enjoyed his activities and the juice making process and recorded it on video. I will share my video blogging with you through the competition.

What were the most interesting moments or challenges you experienced while recording this vlog?

I thoroughly enjoyed the seller's activities while doing my video blogging. Especially the way the juice is collected from sugarcane using an electric motor here is really enjoyable. Here I tried to make my video blog more special with this juice maker machine powered by a motor. Here I noticed that the juice vendor was collecting juice from the front very actively and with great efficiency. It's a very sad sight that its condition seems to be very unstable as the juice is being extracted from its insides. Because these sugarcane are passed through the juice maker multiple times and all the juice is extracted from it. I also noticed the cleanliness aspect through video blogging. The juiced sugarcane stalks are stored in a specific place so as not to spoil the street environment. Overall, I have tried to cover the complete process of making this juice very consistently through the video blog.

What new knowledge or experience did you gain while creating this video, and what would you like viewers to learn from it?

If I were to talk about an experience here, I would say a good one is that healthy juices are sold here. This sugarcane juice, made from all-natural ingredients, is healthy for humans and is definitely beneficial. The main thing to learn from this is that any food prepared naturally is beneficial for our health, and various types of imported, approved products are harmful to our stomachs. So I really got the feeling of drinking such healthy, sweet sugarcane juice made on the side of the road from here. Through video blogging, I tried to capture the scene of this place and the activities of this juice vendor. The lesson for everyone is that even if you are a businessman, this video reflects how you can do business while maintaining a balance with the environment.

You will see its activities and efficiency reflected in every moment of the video. This entire business is run by adapting to the environment. This video reflects the hard work of a humble person selling sugarcane juice in such an environment, standing in the hot sun.

Based on your experience, would you recommend others to explore this food, market, or cooking style? Explain the reason for your recommendation.

It requires a skilled hand to make, but it doesn't take long to learn. Since it is machine-made and made in a natural way, it will be quite easy for everyone. Everyone can enjoy what I enjoyed here. Anyone who wants to make it can probably extract juice from sugarcane using natural and homemade methods. To make sugarcane juice, you first need to collect healthy sugarcane naturally, then squeeze it to extract the juice. I believe that through the video I mentioned, you have been able to observe the entire scene of collecting juice from this sugarcane very beautifully. So, if anyone wants, they can collect it in advance, prepare it with their own hands, and enjoy its taste.

Overall, I enjoyed the activities of this sugarcane vendor and its taste through my review. I fail to fully convey the feeling of drinking extremely sweet and healthy sugarcane juice.
