Dear friends, I hope you are all doing well. I am also Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, doing very well. I have come to participate in the competition organized in the first week of Steemit Challenge Season 31. We have started this competition journey through our dear and respected elder brother @kibreay001, and it is still ongoing. Today, I am participating here focused on the topic given by him for SLC31-W1.

‎ What kind of service location did you visit? Briefly describe it.

I chose a fuel station according to the competition requirements. There are more fuel stations in my area. However, the fuel station I chose is called Mehera CNG Service Station. Here, everything from fuel oil to gas is available. Currently, due to the war situation, many people in different parts of Bangladesh are facing various types of fuel shortages. However, the Mehera CNG Service Pump in our city is very modern and provides good service. Its location is on Bogura Charmatha Bypass Road.

This fuel pump is located beside the Bogura Charmatha Bypass Highway, which is convenient for everyone. Because all vehicles come here just to get fuel. The owner of this fuel pump is very good; he considers the customers and supplies fuel in various sections. And the environment here is very nice, and the owner of the filling station has installed CCTV cameras for security, which is a good facility.

The entire station looks very beautiful and is designed in an excellent way. Security is very well maintained here. It is clearly written inside this filling station that no one can smoke here. Besides, the owner of the filling station has arranged a very nice system for safety that will prevent accidents at different times. This filling station has parking space for large vehicles inside.

Mehera CNG Service Fuel Station is located on Charmatha Bypass Road in Bogura District. According to the location of the fuel station, it is situated next to the Bogura-Nisindara Highway. This fuel station is open every day. The fuel station operates daily from 5 AM to 12 PM. Considering all aspects, it can be said that this fuel station provides 24-hour service.

About ten employees are working at this fuel station. Good service from the employees and the management makes this fuel station more popular. I have seen the operations of this fuel station being carried out in a very organized manner. Fuel is supplied very orderly. Consumers have to stand in line to get fuel. It maintains a very good order. Overall, the operations of this fuel station are quite organized. A pin related to its location is added below.

‎ Type of work & Workers’ lifestyle

The operations of this fuel station are organized. Although I have reviewed it extensively. Two people are assigned to each fuel point here. The people at each fuel point have polite behavior. They play a very active role. The employees at the fuel points maintain a very orderly flow of fuel. Fuel is continuously supplied according to the rules. There is no possibility of chaos. That is why the employees at this fuel station are very active and display good behavior.

Inside each filling station, there are several sections according to which oil is loaded. In front of the station, there are two separate oil tanks. Here you will see petrol used for bikes and petrol vehicles. Currently, the demand for petrol is the highest, so after some time, petrol runs out. Then you will see octane there, which is expensive. However, sometimes this octane is supplied. These are generally used in bikes. After that, you will see diesel to the north, which is used in buses, trucks, and other heavy vehicles. Different sections of oil are kept here.

Several employees are inside the station who stay within the main building of the station. There is a cash counter where payments are always made. Payments here are done directly in cash and via bKash because online payments always take more time, so cash and bKash payments are done.

The main building here looks very beautiful and has security arrangements. Behind this filling station, there is a washroom section. A nice lighting system has been installed upstairs so that all scenes can be seen at night. CCTV cameras have been installed in some areas of this filling station to maintain security. Considering all aspects, this is an important place for us.
