"SLC31-W2" // Steem Expedition, Hidden Gems and Local Secrets: History and Heritage
Hello friends, how are you all? I hope you are all healthy and well. I am well, Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah. Today I have come to you with a very beautiful post. Today I will try to present to you the exact place where our childhood memories are spent. It is said that education is the backbone of a nation. This is not just a saying, it is a very real truth. If we want to survive in this world, there is no end to education. Be it from outside the family, society or the state, we have to receive education in any way and if we do not receive proper education, many obstacles can come in the way of our movement. So today I will try to present to you my beautiful opinion about the photography and videography of a primary school that I like very much and is very familiar with. I hope you will like my photographs and my words today.
Why are there so many schools in every village and city in our country or city, but there is only one high-quality school among them. Every village has its own school, be it primary or high school. However, there are more than one school and college in cities. And this step of this education system, from which we learn and make our way easier and try to understand the world's map, is the most ideal and honorable place. Moreover, first of all, I will start by saying that I send my love and greetings to all the teachers of all schools from the bottom of my heart. The photography of the school that I have shared with you is a very old school, although it is now very beautiful and beautifully presented in color, but its period of operation means its location means when this school was first built, approximately 1990. And today, in 2026, this school has made a lot of history. The first such beautiful school in a village, in the beginning, not many people used to admit their children to this school for education. Because many had no desire for education and even did not know what would happen if they received education.
Then people slowly started understanding everything and since then this school has been running quite well. This school is very old so there is a lot of history about this school although I gave the PSC exam in this school in 2017 so I don't think I know that much history but from what I have heard from everyone it is a very old school and at first it was a school with jute fences or jute poles and writing started with chalk boards then it was not so modern era and there were not so many high quality things. Due to which it looks as advanced and beautiful as it is now, it was like that before. You can even see through my photography that I have taken a very beautiful photography of a field of this school the field is very big here all the big players come to play every year. To be honest there was not that much space for the school then because a school was formed in a small place then slowly people learned to understand everything then their children were sent to the school to get teachers to gain knowledge. The current school has gone far beyond its original purpose, meaning it has gone far beyond the demand. Education is the backbone of the nation. Without education, a person cannot function properly in society, cannot learn about the state, cannot form his family well, and this has penetrated every person. Therefore, this school has become much more advanced than before, and its original purpose has been to spread it all over.
Since I studied in this school, I have some idea about this school. There are many old sirs and madams here. If you ask them, you can learn about its history. However, to know its history, you have to listen to them very carefully and imagine what happened then. Since there is such a beautiful school in the village, most of the children in this village are very educated and this village is much ahead of the students. I have shared with you the primary school of the era and next to its primary school there is a high school with a four-story building. The high school may be older than this primary school. I studied in the Poka High School of this era. The formation of the high school of the land began in 1973. That is, the war broke out in 1971 and two years after the war, this high school was established here and many children were studying in this high school at that time. Then, after hearing the name of the high school, a primary school was gradually established here, and the primary school was run in the same way as the high school. Many children from the villages used to come to the high school, but only a few from the surrounding villages like Yuga Kota and a few from the Sahara Bariya in Baniapukur came to the primary school, but the high school was run from a much higher place, and many children studied there.
This school is a symbol of the womb of the people of my area because this school is very old and many stories are associated with these old memories. Whenever I go to visit this school, I feel very happy and the past history comes to mind when I see the school. Moreover, how I spent my childhood here, how I spend every day, how I interacted with friends, everything seems to float before my eyes. To be honest, this is not only a symbol of pride for my area, but also for the womb of all those who studied here. There are also many villages in the vicinity who consider themselves very pregnant in the name of this school.
If I could describe the vitality of this place in three words, those words would be education. Because without education, we are immobile everywhere, whether it is family, society, state or any place, if there is no education, we will never be able to go anywhere and protect our honor, and we will not be given any facility to understand what is happening in that place. Therefore, we should always treat our schools, even the places where we spent our childhood, if there is any big historical place or history in our area, with respect and dignity and be proud of it with all our heart. With this, I am ending this post today. I will try to appear among you again with a new post later. May you all be healthy and well, may Allah have mercy on you.
