Review:
You have visited the "Sei Cafe" and spent a good time at the restaurant, where I am sure you enjoyed your meals. Having such a restaurant that prepares good meals is nice. Such a business needs good workers who are always neat and ready to serve customers. If normal food should be provided then the place needs to change its name because it currently name tells that it is a place for tea, coffee, and some kind of snacks and fast foods.
