In the second step, I peeled the potatoes and cleaned them and cut them into thin slices using a potato cutter. Then I put them in a clean bowl.

In the third step, I chopped the onions and chillies. Then I washed the potatoes and put them in another clean plate. Then I added the spices, onions and chillies to the potatoes.

In the fourth step, I mixed the onions, chillies and other spices with the chopped potatoes. Then I added the rice powder and then added the flour and mixed them well.

In the fifth step, I took oil in a pan. Then I slowly fried the mashed pastes in the oil and when they turned golden in color, I took them out of the oil.
