Learners in a conducive learning environment
What changes have you observed in the educational infrastructure in your community in recent months?

Recently the government of our country have proposed a reform in educational system in Nigeria to replace 9-3-4 with 12-4 system. What this means is that there will be a complete uninterrupted 12years of basic education training from primary to senior secondary (SS3), without any exit examination for JSS3.
The proposed system is to curb the high rates of out-of-school children and to reduce the number of students dropout caused by the traditional transition from Junior secondary to senior secondary level. So there will be an elimination of the mandatory exit examination called Junior school certificate examination (JSCE) that creates a barrier between junior and senior secondary.
This proposal is to ensure that students get continuous, fundational learning and early exposure to vocational training and entrepreneurial skills before leaving basic education.
To fully implement these, there will be policy redesigns, infrastructural expansion, curriculum enhancement and intensive teachers' training.
Some of these have started manifesting itself in the building of Model Schools in my State (Akwa Ibom).
What initiatives have been promoted to improve inclusion and equity in student admissions at educational institutions in your community?
The admission process in the school is not limited to some class of individuals in the community. Instead everyone is carried along through the conduction of admission examination in which students are admitted on merit, based on their performance(scores) during the admission exercise.

Myself and a colleague after the occasion
Technology has impacted mostly on this school that Iam writing about just as the school's name implies “Model Smart School". There is smart board for teaching instead of traditional chalkboard, projector, internet facilities, powerful solar inverters and batteries that supply constant electricity, robotic laboratory, e-library, science laboratory, sport facilities, conducive learning environment.
Has the study of the cryptocurrency market been integrated into education in your region or community? How have students responded to this topic?
Cryptocurrency has not yet been introduced into the educational system in my region. Maybe when the newly proposed 12-4 system of education is fully implemented, crypto will be part of what students will learn under entrepreneurial skills.
Environmental impact & (With pictures + videos) & Location (Steem Atlas pin)
The School has a greater impact on the environment as many people turned up to witness the occasion despite the heavy rain on that day.
Iam inviting @nspidoz, @manuelhooks, @sadematthew to participate in the contest.
