A pharmacy is a place where drugs are sold. In my town, we have both pharmacies, chemists, and drug stores, but the pharmacy seems to be the biggest among all.

What type of service location did you visit? Briefly describe it.

A pharmacy is the type of service location that I visit. I visited Cliff Pharmacy in Akwanga. This pharmacy is located at the heart of Akwanga town, which is very close to the Akwanga market, and is situated on a busy federal road.

The pharmacy is a flat building that is painted white color and the fence was affected by the demolition that happened some months ago due to the construction of roads in the area.

Type of work & Workers’ lifestyle

The type of work & workers' lifestyle is moderate. The work of the Pharmacy or services are; the pharmacy offers both delivery of drugs and it has drive-through service options. Issue and dispense drugs to customers, give out injections when necessary, and recommend a hospital for treatment.

It is generally a busy place that is less crowded on weekends and the workers' lifestyle is simple and friendly to people, as they dress in corporate wares. I was being attended to by one of the female worker which if am to rate the place I would give it a 4.5-star rating.

The environmental impact of the cliff pharmacy stems from the full life cycle of medication management that is from the disposal of medication and the packaging of medication.

The pharmacy contributes to environmental degradation through improper disposal of unused medication, plastic waste disposal, and the carbon footprint of pharmacy operations.
