That looks delicious, @starjewel. I have many Indian restaurants here in Malaysia, so I know I could get this dish here. I also see the doodhi in the supermarket, but did not know what it is. So thank you for the education today :)

It takes longer to write the recipe than to cook this dish, trust me. You must make it @fitandfun, it is so light, but filling.
I don;t have a kitchen here @starjewel, but I think it would be cheap locally. So yummy looking :)
