In-store food images that attract shoppers

From here I usually have roast beef or duck with pelka and rice bread, a very popular and traditional dish of Rangpur region. Apart from this, hot rice, thick dal egg fried and desi fish chachchadi are popular here for general lunch and dinner. I went to this hotel in the afternoon so got the afternoon items only.

Belka is not just a food in North Bengal culture it is a part of local identity. The reason for its popularity is that Rangpur region produces a lot of vegetables, there is a local saying - eating Pelka keeps the stomach cool. All classes of people, starting from the local common people, love to eat Pelka on hot days or to facilitate digestion. It is highly nutritious and readily available.

Baking soda, salt and little water (no oil is used).Pelkar Saad is slightly salty and alkaline and has a fresh hint of greens. It is not like a normal round or curry, but like a thick and smooth type of soup.

Preparation: First wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Boil green chillies, garlic and salt together in a pan with a little water. When it is boiled, add some baking soda.Which melts quickly and retains a dark green color. After that, the vegetables are mixed well with the dough, made like Muslim and Ganaprastha and served hot.

They themselves cook hot and feed the customers

The environment of this hotel at Sialur junction is not very basic or cold and heat controlled. It is like an authentic Bengali hotel or Pais hotel. Busy all the time quite crowded and busy environment. Vendors and servers are very prompt and courteous. Food takes no time to reach the table.

How beautifully the glasses are arranged

Yes I would definitely recommend any visitor to try this dish. If you want to experience the authentic local flavor and culture of Rangpur, then you should eat at such an authentic local hotel rather than going to a fancy restaurant. Pairing hot rice with perka or haas meat is as satisfying as it is pocket-friendly.

Review:
Is it the hot rice, thick dal, egg fried, and desi that is looking black, or the one in the preparation stage? Honestly, every tribe in this world has something they're known for, just as the one you have shared in your community. I am sure it is enjoyable over there, and there are other places to buy the food.
