Beyond the Map

For me, some places in life are not just a geographical address or a building with four walls. Some places fundamentally change the way people think, work mentality, and live their lives. I think one such important and favorite turning point in my life is my current workplace—Bili Courier (ClickEx Limited).

In my experience of working in e-commerce logistics, data analytics, and supply chain for more than 7 years, I have served in many organizations. But when I first stepped into this office in October 2023, it was just another workplace for me. Over time, these premises have taken my professionalism, sense of responsibility, and confidence to a new height. Currently, I am serving here as assistant manager—MIS & operations specialist. Recently, I was fortunate enough to receive the Employee of the Year - January, 2026 award from here in recognition of my work. Today, through this contest, I am presenting to you the story of this favorite place that changed the course of my life.

Bili Courier Head Office - A Place That Shaped Me

1. Where is this place located, how can visitors reach it, and when did you visit it?

Bili Courier's head office is located in Tejgaon, a very busy and commercial area of ​​Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh.

• Full address: 191/A, Bir Uttam Mir Shawqat Shoroni, (Gulshan-Tejgaon Link Road), Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka-1208.

• How to Reach: In my opinion, it is possible to reach our office very easily and conveniently from any part of the country, including Dhaka:

• Public Bus: Take any bus heading to Tejgaon Link Road or Gulshan-1 intersection and get off at the nearest bus stop to the office, which is just a 2-minute walk away.

• CNG / Ride Sharing: Search for Bili Courier Head Office or Tejgaon Link Road on Uber, Pathao, or CNG, and the driver will drop you directly in front of the office.

• Own Vehicle: There is a specific and secure parking facility for visitors and customers coming to the office.

• When Visited: I officially joined this organization in October 2023. Since then, I have traveled to this office as part of my daily work and spend a large and meaningful part of my day here.

2. What personal experience or event made this place so meaningful, and how did it influence or change you?

After working in logistics for a long time, joining Bili Courier was one of the best decisions of my career. Especially as an MIS & Operation Specialist (Assistant Manager), I have been continuously enriched by the experience of creating powerful dashboards using advanced Excel and Power BI, automated KPI reporting, and decision-making in complex logistics operations.

To me, courier service is not just about sending parcels or products from one place to another; it is essentially about people's trust, intense anticipation, and the exchange of feelings. Thousands of people's urgent documents, business products, and the love of loved ones are processed every day in a logistics center.

While performing delicate tasks such as ensuring custody and reconciliation of hundreds of orders every day, from light haul and route optimization to overseeing the management of compensation and return parcels, I have understood what a sense of responsibility is. I think that the whole process of constantly working shoulder to shoulder with colleagues and ensuring a smile of relief on the customer's face has transformed me into a disciplined, visionary, and very confident leader.

3. What historical, cultural, natural, or social significance does this place have for the local community?

• Standing by the side of small entrepreneurs: We deliver the dream products of countless young and female entrepreneurs of the country to the hands of customers, which is helping to sustain their businesses.

• Employment and creating a future: This office has provided employment opportunities for many young people, which is giving financial solvency to their families.

• Emergency service connection: It is making people's lives a little easier by delivering necessary documents or products in the fastest possible time in times of emergency.

4. What can visitors see, learn, or experience here that makes this place worth visiting?

• Digital Logistics and Automated MIS: It is very educational to see the real-time data management of thousands of parcels, ERP and DMS tracking systems, and well-organized sorting and processing systems up close.

• Busy but friendly work environment: This is a real-life example of how a positive workspace keeps employees motivated despite the intense pressure of daily work.

• Customer Service Integrity: You can get a close feel for how dedicated and honest the customer support and operations teams are in solving every problem 24/7.

5. If someone were planning to visit this place, what advice or recommendations would you give to help them make the most of their visit?

Here are some small tips for visitors:

If you plan to visit our office, I think you will have a better experience if you keep the following things in mind:

1. Choose the right time: It is best to come between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on any working day for official or administrative discussions.

2. Have information ready: If you have a specific parcel tracking or merchant meeting issue, please have the necessary documents or tracking ID with you, and the support team will be able to help you very quickly.

3. Follow office etiquette: Since this is an active and fast-paced logistics hub, do not enter the workspace directly, but register at the reception and wait—a responsible colleague will guide you nicely.

When guests or visitors come to our office, we at least try to entertain them with coffee or tea, InshaAllah.
