Which is one of the healthy food list for the family. This traditional steamed cake cooking technique is made following the method of the previous days. But today I am cooking for the first time. Cooking steamed cake requires courage, patience and fear along with perfecting this skill over time. Let's organize a beautiful tutorial. And we don't know how healthy it is for the family.

Cooking cakes in this special healthy steam always plays an important role for the family. Cake is one of the most popular foods, especially for children. To maintain the good health of the family, we create healthy effects by encountering different skills at different times.

Nothing is really easy, only time and my patience will tell. But I always try to make difficult tasks easy. Which includes peace even though it is difficult. This includes eggs, milk and butter, flour, nuts, sesame seeds, chocolate and all the accessories.

However, I think steamed cakes are healthier than baked cakes. Especially these cakes usually have much less oil and fat. That is why steamed cakes are healthy and you can safely encourage your family to eat them. They contain a lot of fiber and minerals. Let's discuss its benefits. It also contains dried coconut, which contains a lot of calories, iron, fiber, and magnesium.

STEP BY STEP ESTIMATE MAKING TUTORIAL

First, I took all the practical products to hand. Here, first, I broke three eggs. And took the egg whites in a bowl.

Next, keep the egg yolks in a separate bowl for later use.

Later, I blended the egg whites and the appropriate amount of custard powder in a blender. Then I mixed it well with a spoon in a bowl. Then I added flour according to the ingredients through a sieve. Then I added 40 grams of butter. And again mixed it well.

Then I added salt as per the quantity and powdered milk as per the ingredients. I added a pinch of baking soda. Then I added a spoonful of baking powder and mixed it well.


This time I have added a light amount of orange color here. Later I will add the egg cushions here and mix them well and glue them.


Here I first mixed the ingredients well with a spoon. Later I tried to make it smooth and sticky again by mixing it well.

Here I have again added 100 grams of flour and mixed it well.

- Later, I added soybean oil as per the required ingredients and tried to combine all the ingredients.

Here I have mixed the necessary ingredients very nicely and made a nice paste. I am trying to show it by spreading it from top to bottom with a spoon. Then I used parchment paper in a bowl. But before that I made the bowl slippery with light soybean oil. Then I cut the foil papers lightly around the edges and placed them in the steel bowl in a nice even layer. Later I poured the ingredients I had mixed above into the bowl. After pouring everything, I leveled it nicely.

Then I burst the small balloons here using a bamboo stick. You can see that the mixture is beautiful. After this, take hot water in the pan. And bring the water to a boil. Place the bowl in the pan. Then cover it with a lid and keep it for five minutes.

Then I opened the lid and added the dry coconut powder. Then I added the sesame seeds on the cake for a beautiful decoration. Then I placed the nuts beautifully. Here we have done the decoration. Then I put the lid back on and left it for 20+5 minutes. But of course, I have to reduce the heat of the stove.

In the meantime, I have added butter and light egg whites, sugar and a chocolate together and mixed well. Adding light sugar will not leave the egg smell. However, I think light raw egg water is healthier.

It is possible to make such a cake by using the necessary practical ingredients along with this special cooking technique and combination at the right time.
