Good day everyone!

My name is @wiregboss, and you are all welcome to another episode of my diary.

I woke up this morning feeling very stressed and tired because of yesterday's journey. The long trip made it difficult for me to wake up on time, and as a result, I arrived at work a little later than usual. By the time I got to the hospital, the ward round had already been completed. I felt disappointed because I always like to participate in the ward round to learn from the doctors and other healthcare professionals. Even though I missed that important activity, I remained positive and prepared myself for the rest of the day's duties.

After that, I was posted to the laboratory, and I was really happy because I always enjoy working there. The laboratory is one of the departments where I learn a lot, and every day gives me the opportunity to gain more practical experience. Together with my colleagues, we attended to different patients and carried out several laboratory investigations as requested by the doctors. The test we performed the most throughout the day was the malaria test. I was surprised to see that many of the patients who came to the laboratory tested positive for malaria. This made me feel concerned because malaria is a disease that can be prevented if people have the right knowledge and take the necessary precautions. It made me realize that many people in our communities still lack proper health education about malaria, especially how it is transmitted and the simple steps they can take to protect themselves and their families. Seeing the large number of positive malaria cases motivated me even more to continue educating people about their health. I decided that I would create a post in our community explaining how malaria can be prevented using simple and practical methods that everyone can understand. My goal is to help raise awareness because I believe that health education is one of the most effective ways to reduce the spread of malaria and encourage people to seek medical attention early whenever they experience symptoms.

After spending several hours attending to patients and carrying out different laboratory tests, the workload became lighter, and we finally had some time to rest. I decided to step outside the laboratory for a few minutes to get some fresh air. The weather was surprisingly cool and refreshing, which made me feel relaxed after such a busy morning. I stood outside for a while, enjoying the gentle breeze and the peaceful atmosphere. It was a wonderful moment that helped me regain my energy before returning to continue my duties. I really enjoyed today's weather because it made the day more comfortable and pleasant despite all the work we had done.

Since I was free and had some spare time, I decided to make good use of the opportunity by going to the market to buy some food items. I noticed that the food I had at home was almost finished, so I thought it was the right time to restock before heading home. At the market, I bought the essential food items I needed for the next few days. I was happy that I could get everything I wanted, and I felt satisfied knowing that I would have enough food at home after such a busy day at the hospital.

After returning from the market, I went back to my unit, but there was not much work to do at that moment. Since the unit was quiet, I decided to visit some of my colleagues in their unit. We spent some time chatting, sharing jokes, and discussing our experiences at work. It was a nice moment because it gave us the chance to relax and enjoy each other's company after a busy day. I always enjoy spending time with my colleagues because we encourage one another and create a friendly working environment.

Before I knew it, it was already 6:00 p.m., our normal closing time. Since I arrived late in the morning, my name was not included among those who went for the evening ward round. Although I felt a little disappointed because I always look forward to participating in the ward round and learning from the healthcare team, I understood that punctuality is very important in clinical practice. Despite that, I was grateful for the opportunity to spend the day in the laboratory, where I gained more practical experience and learned new things. It was a stressful and busy day, but I thank God for His protection, strength, and guidance throughout the day. I safely finished my duties and prepared to head home to rest and get ready for another day of learning and service.

this me very stressed

In conclusion, today was another meaningful day filled with learning and new experiences. Although I started the day on a challenging note by arriving late and missing the ward round, I was still grateful for the opportunity to work in the laboratory and gain more practical knowledge. Seeing the number of malaria cases reminded me of the importance of health education and inspired me to continue sharing useful information that can help people stay healthy. As I returned home, I felt tired but thankful to God for His protection, strength, and guidance throughout the day. I look forward to another productive day tomorrow as I continue learning and improving my clinical skills. Thank you all for taking the time to read my diary. I truly appreciate your support, comments, and encouragement. I wish you all a wonderful and blessed day.
