Starting a new challenge
I recently started learning a bit about Bengali on YouTube, which used to be a major language in Pakistan and I have been inconsistent with it, as it seems a bit tough for me. So I have been thinking of starting a commentary on Bengali quotes where I try to understand the language through it's philosophical themes.
From the pictures below you would already know the quote I will be working on first
A fun fact about it is that it was also mentioned in a song but it's a much older song. It is also a famous line from Rabindranath Tagore’s 1905 song “Ekla Chalo Re” (একলা চলো রে). Most of you may not even know
I have outlined 10 quotes in particular to start with what do you think about that would want to see more of this let me know what you think.
If people wanted to join me I would appreciate that too as long as we are all learning that would be heavily appreciated
I see it as a tribute to the old official language of Pakistanis let's be clear it's about learning
I can't wait to start I hope you guys receive it well.
What do you guys think about a Nigerian trying to learn your language?
