Step Two

I put the pot on the stove on medium heat, covered the pot with a lid and cooked for 15 minutes so that the chicken pieces are cooked well. After boiling, I will separate the chicken pieces from the water and keep them aside. I will pour the chicken stock into another pot and use it in the soup later.

Step Three

When the chicken is cool, I will remove the chicken meat. Then I put the pot on the stove and added 1 tablespoon of butter to it. Then I added 1 tablespoon of minced garlic to the butter and fried it for some time. When the minced garlic turned brown, I added 1 tablespoon of minced onion. After frying the minced onion, I added minced carrots and peas. Then I stirred everything well and fried it and poured the reserved chicken stock into the pot. I cooked it for 5-6 minutes to cook everything well.

At this stage, I added tomato sauce, soy sauce, and chili sauce to the soup and stirred it in. I added the cornflour mixture little by little to the soup and kept stirring.

Step Seven

Then I beat an egg in a bowl and added it to the soup. I will keep stirring while adding the egg and adding the beaten egg so that it does not form lumps.

Tell us why you make this recipe specially when you or someone is sick at home?

1000030630.jpg

I especially make chicken soup when I'm sick because it's light, nutritious, and easy to digest. When I don't feel like eating anything during my illness, hot chicken soup comforts me and helps me regain my appetite. Chicken provides protein, and vegetables and spices provide the necessary nutrients. When someone in my family is sick, a bowl of hot chicken soup made with love becomes a symbol of care and sincerity.

Share memories what your mother did make for you when you sick? Any special drink that make you perfect.

When I am sick, I remember my mother's care first. I remember the hot food and drinks she prepared at home. When I was sick, my mother would make me a warm drink, especially with ginger, lemon, and honey. When I had a sore throat or a cold, drinking this drink would be very comforting.

My mother would prepare the drink with great care and give it to me, and at that moment the pain of illness would seem to have subsided a lot. When I am still sick, I remember that drink prepared by my mother in her home-made way. Compared to medicine, nothing compares to the taste and love of my mother's hands. For me, it is not just a drink, but a symbol of childhood memories and mother's selfless love.
