◉What typeof stuff bread do you like sweet or savoury . For have any memory with stuffed bread?Have you made it before?◉
I like both sweet and savory stuffed bread. But if I have to choose one thing. I prefer savory because it has different flavors. And is more fun to eat.Especially when vegetables chicken or cheese are added to it. Its aroma and taste are very good. Sweet stuffed bread is also good. Like chocolate or cream. But I like spicy and savory things more.If I talk about memories I do not have any old memories with stuffed bread.Because guys it was the first time I made it. At first I was a little afraid that it might not turn out right. Because I had never tried it before. But when I made it step by step. I felt a lot of excitement.Preparing the dough adding the stuffing to it. And then smelling it after baking. All of this was a great experience for me.When the bread was ready. I could not believe that it would turn out so good. Its taste was also very delicious.And everyone liked it. To be honest the result was quite good for the first time. And I am happy with myself. This experience taught me that. We should try new things.Because sometimes we discover our hidden talents.Now guys I want to make different types of stuffed bread in the future. And try new recipes. Because this experience is really special and memorable for me.

| 10 | Yeast | 1 tablespoon |

| 12 | Butter 🧈 | 2 tablespoon |
| 13 | Cream | 3 tablespoon |
| 14 | Chilli flakes | 1 tablespoon |
| 15 | Blackpepper powder | 1 tablespoon |
Step 1: Preparing the Yeast
I start by preparing the yeast for the dough.I took half a cup of lukewarm water in a mug. Then I add a little salt and one tablespoon of sugar. After that I put two tablespoons of yeast into it. I mix it slowly with a spoon until everything is combine. Then I left it for about 10 minutes.So the yeast could get active and start working properly.
Step 2: Preparing the Milk Mixture
I start preparing second mixture for dough. I took a white bowl. I add one cup of milk into it.Then I added one egg in the milk. After adding the egg I mixed both things very well with a spoon. Until the mixture became smooth.I made sure everything combined nicely.Because this mixture helps make the dough soft and tasty. Then I kept this mixture aside for the next step.
Step 3: Making the Dough
Then I started making the dough.I took three cups of flour in white bowl. Now I added yeast mixture that I had prepared earlier. Then I added the milk and egg mixture into the flour. First I mixed all these things nicely together. After that I added lukewarm water little by little according to need. And started kneading dough. Then I added 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil. And kneaded it again until it became soft and smooth. Now I covered dough and kept it aside for some time.
Step 4: Preparing the Stuffing

Then I kept the chicken for boiling.While the chicken was cooking. I chopped all the vegetables and kept them ready. After some time when the chicken was fully boiled and soft. I took it out and let it cool for a few minutes. Then I shredded the chicken into very small pieces with my hands. In this way the chicken became completely ready to use for the stuffing of the bread.
Step 6: Cooking the Base for Stuffing
Then I placed the pan on the stove and turned on the flame. Next I added 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil into the pan. Then I added onions and lightly fried them. I did not let the onions turn too brown. Because I wanted a soft flavor.After that I added some butter into the pan. Then I added one tablespoon of flour and started stirring everything properly. So it mix well and become smooth.
Step 7: Adding Spices and Milk
Then I added all the spices into the pan.I already mentioned the quantity of every spice in the ingredient list. But you can add them according to your own taste. After adding the spices.I mixed everything well so the flavors combined nicely. Then I added half a cup of milk into the mixture. After that I let it cook properly on low flame for a few minutes. Until the mixture became creamy and smelled really delicious.
Step 8: Final Stuffing Preparation
I add two tablespoons of cream into mixture. After adding the cream I mixed it very well.So everything became smooth and rich in taste. Then I put vegetables and the shredded boiled chicken in it. I mixed all of it properly with the spices. So that every piece was coated well. After mixing I covered it and let it cook on low flame for about five minutes.After five minutes of stuffing is fully cooked and ready. Then I turned off the flame and kept it aside to cool down.
Step 9: Shaping the Bread and Adding Stuffing
Now I started the bread making process. The dough had risen very well. And become soft and fluffy. I knead it again lightly.So it become smooth.Then I made small round balls from the dough. I flattened each ball like a small roti. And placed the prepared stuffing inside it. After adding the stuffing. I carefully sealed it and shaped it nicely.I also tried to give it a beautiful design. So the bread looked attractive and homemade.
Step 10: Baking and Serving
After that I glazed the bread with some oil. And brushed it lightly on the top.This made the bread look shiny and soft after baking.Then I placed it carefully in the oven for baking. I waited until it was perfectly cooked. And turned golden brown.The smell was really amazing while it was baking. After some time my stuffed bread is ready. I took it out of the oven and let it cool. Then I served it.
