RE: SLS33-From My kitchen To Your Plate Week#2 My City My Taste[EGUSI SOUP]

You have presented the Nigerian culture, tradition and food hospitality of the Igbo community in such a beautiful and vivid language that I was truly impressed. Your sincerity is evident in every step of making the Egasi soup, from the selection of ingredients to the beautiful presentation.

The most touching was the memory of the whole family eating Egasi soup together on a difficult day and forgetting their sorrows. Even in difficult times, the bond of love binds everyone together. I think I have seen videos of such food on YouTube. However, the ingredients for serving it seem unique. Best wishes to you.
