SC-S30 | CineAtlas 60 Week 6 - Community Remake [Soldier's monument]
Assalamu Alaikum friends. Today I am here to participate in a wonderful Steemit challenge competition organized by @kouba01. The Topic of this challenge is SC-S30 | CineAtlas 60 Week 6 - Community Remake. So let's get started.
Today I am going to participate in the sixth week, which was inspired by reading the post titled Object as Character by @mhmaruf in the fourth week. The author chose the Shaheed Minar of Government Mujib College, while I chose a soldier's monument. There is a similarity between the two places because both are monuments in Bangladesh.
I found this memorial pillar at Gazipur intersection and learned about the old history by looking at it. The contribution of the person on the memorial pillar shown here is immense, so I chose it to make this film. Here is the link to the post of the person who inspired me.
Here is a memorial pillar which is a symbol of the history of our city of Gazipur. I have participated in every week in the past. I have highlighted different places in my country every week. I sometimes get inspired by such posts by the author.
He reviewed a Shaheed Minar in the fourth week where he mentioned it in detail. It was the Shaheed Minar of Government Mujib College. There is a lot of history about the Shaheed Minar which is one of the most important histories of Bangladesh.
Power in the soldier's left hand
Considering that aspect, I have chosen this soldier's memorial pillar at Gazipur intersection. There is a lot of history behind the creation of this memorial which only those who delve into history will know. This memorial was created due to the martyrdom of a soldier during the war.
Gazipur intersection is located in the middle of Gazipur city of Dhaka division where there is a huge flyover. A memorial has been built under this flyover a few years ago. Originally this memorial was built a long time ago. However, it was updated a few years ago. This memorial has been built as the martyred soldiers of the 16th East Bengal Regiment Sector No. 11 of the Liberation War.
This memorial has been built on the initiative of the government. So that all the people of the city can know about the history of the country and the history of the war. I think this is an educational monument for all of us that we can almost go to this Ghazipur intersection to see.
Bangladesh has a lot of history, and the history of war is one of them. On the other hand, the author reviewed a Shaheed Minar where he highlighted the words intertwined with one of the memories of the country's history. He showed different sections of the Shaheed Minar, that's why I showed different views of this memorial.
The author took pictures of the Shaheed Minar from different angles, so I also took pictures of the monument from several angles. I gained different experiences by participating in each week and got the idea to make a film in Cine Atlas. I saw different places in the world and got a clear idea, so I enjoyed this challenge.

This is a very nice video you made from the soldier's monument. It shows how well you were able to frame, from the base to the top. You video is great I would just want to add a suggestion, at 00:10 you would have made a cut while you were moving and trying to reveal the monument real close. It was really a cool view and I love how natural and special it is.
Inspired by someone else's post, you have created and shared a post with us about the Soldier's Monument. Here, in a one-minute video, you have presented the Soldier's Monument very well and I have gained an idea about the history of this Soldier's Monument from your post. Best wishes to you.
