The Diary Game: 3nd May, 2026. Woke Up Late and Tired, Missed First Service In A New Month, A Really Stressful Day.
This morning, I woke up thinking about how my day would go. I slept really late around 4am, so I couldn’t prepare for service the night before or wake up early for church.
Before I even got up, NEPA had already taken the light. I just sat there for a while, thinking, because it was the first day and first Sunday of the month and I really didn’t want to miss church. After some time, I got up to sort out a waybill I needed to send to my sister. I prepared everything but didn’t go myself because I wanted to wait and see if the light would come back so I could still make it to church. So I sent my brother to the park while I stayed back. Not long after, my dad called me to come and prepare chicken. We run a poultry at home, so I had to handle that. He didn’t mean to interrupt my plans. He actually supports us going to church, but he thought my service was later. I started working on the chicken and it took time. Even when the light finally came back and I prepared for church and ironed and took my bath.I was already deep into it. Before I knew it until a friend called that, church was over. And I was already trying to hit the road to church.
So I just continued cooking. We had to get some extra things, so it took most of my day. When I finally finished, I served everyone. I was so stressed that finishing a plate of rice became really hard for me.
I rested a bit, played video game. Then all of a sudden, weather changed. Everywhere became dark and stormy. It looked like rain was coming, but instead, it was strong wind. Everything was shaking. It lasted for a few minutes and honestly I enjoyed the moment.
Later, my lady came around to take pictures of some bags she made for her clients. I helped her with that and she left after. In the evening, I cooked another pot of rice. I also had a short online session with my students. After that, I relaxed with family and watched a movie.
