I hope you are having a great time. First of all, I would like to thank you @suboohi mam for organizing this interesting SLS-32|The Kitchen Diaries. I am also grateful for your beautiful skills. Choosing three ingredients for today's expedition will be one of the most difficult tasks for me at first. But planning what to choose really gave me a lot of thought. But I help myself to find something natural. In today's expedition, I am presenting delicious, chop snacks with thankuni leaves, potatoes and flour.

Special These materials include memorable events and the perfection of beautiful cooking skills. particular this domestic culinary skill will always lead us all in favor of the new education. Necessary all materials

  • Thankuni leaves 60 grams scientific name centella asiatica
  • Potatoes 180 grams
  • Flour 100 grams

Step by step making plan

Here, first I went to the natural environment and picked up the Thankuni leaves from the ground. Then I tried to show a selfie here with this interesting natural scene.

First I gathered all the necessary ingredients. Next I washed the thankuni leaves thoroughly with clean water. Then I washed a plate and kept it aside. Next I peeled a potato and washed it with clean water.

Now that the cleaning and washing of the potatoes and thankuni leaves is complete, we will start cutting them.

This time, I have finely chopped the thankuni leaves with a knife.

Here, first I chopped the potatoes finely. Then I put the potatoes with the thankuni leaves. Then I added salt in moderation. Then I added cumin seeds and light chili powder and mixed them well.

Then I added a generous amount of flour and mixed the flour well with the potatoes and all the necessary ingredients.

Here are three ingredients that will be good to have a slightly sticky consistency after mixing by hand.

Then I flattened it slightly and made it round with my hands and placed all the ingredients on a separate plate.

Then I put chalk in the clay oven and added a sufficient amount of soybean oil. Then I fried the chops on the plate in hot oil. Then I turned them over with a spoon. I tried to fry them lightly and crispy. Then I turned them over.

Finally, I have taken all the chops on a plate. By completing all the steps here, this interesting and tasty chop has been made using special Thankuni leaves, potatoes and flour. By following all these steps, it is a unique part of the new experience of making natural food at very low cost.

2. The story behind it
Among the three ingredients I have chosen, one of them is Thankuni leaves which are full of healthy and medicinal properties. Potatoes generally help the human body in digestion a lot, so I have chosen potatoes. Here I have chosen flour which is a joy to fill the stomach with a small amount of food. Especially when my mother was alive. Then she used to give me this Thankuni leaf filling. And I still remember it, so I am very happy to add Thankuni leaves to this recipe.
Thankuni leaves generally help in improving digestion and memory. These Thankuni leaves have medicinal properties that are especially beneficial in relieving various stomach problems including dysentery.
However, when I was a child, my mother used to make various recipes with this special Thankuni leaf. For example, she would cook potato Thankuni leaf chop, Thankuni leaf bara, Thankuni leaf bharta, Thankuni leaf piaju, etc. with lentils. This special dish brings back some memories with my mother.
However, this special recipe can be made very quickly as an afternoon snack when you are tired. You can make this special chop recipe in just 10 minutes. However, everyone should have quick cooking techniques. I had diarrhea in my stomach as a child, and after drinking the juice of this thankuni leaf, all my stomach problems went away. However, with all these cooking activities, I remember my mother very much.
3.Your thoughts on simplicity
After eating this special recipe I feel very delicious. But it was really fun. And I enjoyed the taste of spicy cooking. Along with this, this special dish can be made by adding these three healthy ingredients which is a great experience for me. At first, it seemed difficult to choose three ingredients. It was an experience for me. Later, it seemed very easy to cook this dish. And I already have cooking skills. So I think it is a good part of doing all these activities very quickly to save time. When we learn a technique, it is difficult for us but it becomes easy from start to finish. But choosing these three ingredients was a difficult time.
It is very easy to make this recipe with these special ingredients in a short time which has encouraged me. I have learned the technique of cooking and cutting potatoes thinly with these three special ingredients. And I have experienced interesting new tastes. But for the first time, such a combination has given me a new experience. It is a great experience for me because I am following the moment of choosing these three ingredients very closely. But it is really challenging.
