STEP BY STEP vegetable recipe tutorial

1000043381.jpg

When I see the vegetable sales in the van, I remember the days before, which include countless memories. My mother used to take me with her to buy these special vegetables. And at that time, she would choose the best vegetables that were in the van. She was a good protector for her family. My father died in 1989. Since then, my mother raised our two brothers through hard work. She also died in 2014. But her activities, her hand techniques, the work of choosing vegetables still make me follow her. So let's buy fresh vegetables.

1000043386.jpg

Here, first I peeled and cleaned these three ingredients, including onion, green chili, and garlic, thoroughly.

1000043390.jpg

Later, I cut these special ingredients into thin pieces on the cutting board and cut them with a knife.

1000043391.jpg

Finally, here are the onions, green peppers, and garlic, nicely chopped, and I'm showing them to you all.

1000043443.png

Here I have carefully peeled and cleaned the five required vegetables including Teasel Gourd Brinjal and placed them on a separate plate. Then I cut all the vegetables into cube size and placed them on a separate plate which I am showing in the display. I added oil to the pan according to the required ingredients and first I lightly fried the chillies.

1000043400.jpg

Next, I sautéed the onion and garlic ingredients and combined them with a light oil mixture of chili.

1000043444.png

Here I have added a quantity of cumin seeds, black cumin seeds and mustard seeds to the pan and mixed them well. Then I have mixed them well with turmeric salt and masala powder and displayed a selfie with special vegetables.
In these two steps, I have done a good job of blending and adding a little water to create a juicy texture. This particular black dal creates a juicy consistency in the more beautiful vegetables.

1000043445.png

In this step, I first added two vegetables. Then, after adding two more vegetables, I added tomatoes. Then, I added 200 mL of water.

1000043412.jpg

In this step, I cut the coriander leaves into nice sized pieces and added them to the curry, mixing them well.

1000043446.png

Then I added the powdered spices and kept it on the stove with the lid on for 10 minutes. Then I opened the lid and kept it on the stove for another 8 minutes to reduce the water. When it looked slightly juicy, I took the curry off the stove.

Finally, here we are presenting an interesting vegetable cooking tutorial with all of you in this campaign today by presenting all our steps beautifully. Five vegetables have been added to this special recipe which carries five flavors. Along with this, a dal has been added which makes the density and the taste of this special vegetable more incomparable. I am grateful to you for watching this tutorial from start to finish beautifully. The contribution of this special recipe is made by my mother. She may not be here today but I will always pray for her. Thank you all very much.

2. Tell us the story behind , Why did you choose this recipe for the contest. What recipes you made at home that you learned from your mom's or grandma, what recipes are your family recipes?
Vegetables were my childhood habit. Because vegetables were better for our family than other foods at that time, which were healthy. I used to go to buy vegetables with my mother in a three-wheeled van. She may not be alive but these memories with her still allow me to follow this activity. She was very good at cooking and could cook fish, meat, eggs and various dishes including pulao. Although she used to cook in an earthen stove, I cook on gas. However, the taste of cooking in an earthen stove is different which you will not get in a gas stove, it is true. However, through this cooking and these special techniques, I am very much following my mother's words. Which makes me lose my words to enlarge this story. Vegetables generally create a healthy effect, the quality of the product and the tradition, the joy of eating fresh is in these vegetables. Vegetables are eaten most of the time at home. And it is very healthy for me and my family. So I chose this cooking.

My mother used to cook various vegetables together. Even remembering the incomparable taste of cooking by her hands, my tongue waters. I learned this recipe from my mother. How to cook various vegetables together and add pulses. I do not stop only for this recipe, but even if someone in my family is sick, I want to cook and feed them. But it is true that my mother gave our two brothers the love of a father and a mother, which was not lacking. Today's recipe follows her technique.

In Bangladesh, we usually cook different types of food, one of which is. Potato beef cooking, dal cooking, vegetable cooking, cooking vegetables with various spices, pulao cooking, roast chicken, tomato chutney, roast fish with potatoes, tomato combination in fried fish. Then there is Khasir Rejala, chicken roast, black beef roast, beef Tehari, chicken biryani. In addition, there are various types of fish cooking methods including shrimp Malaikari, mustard hilsa. All these dishes are family recipes.
3. Give at least two examples of your family's traditional recipe and at what specific celebration/ occasion/ season /time you make it.
I want to name the ingredients, for example, the pungent aroma of onion, green chili, garlic follows the tradition. Vegetables are one of the traditional and healthy unique foods. When we get together with our family at home, along with various dishes, vegetables are one of the most favorite and one of the foods. Leaving all the curries, we used to choose only vegetables.

1000043425.jpg

On certain occasions, such as our birthdays, my mother would cook these vegetables with special dishes that we loved very much. These vegetables were usually cooked on special birthdays because my mother knew that vegetables were our favorite food.

Especially at the end of the months of Falgun and Chaitra, the effect of heat in Bangladesh is created. Then these special vegetables are seen such as Ladies Finger, Sajina Data, Eggplant, Sweet Pumpkin, Teasel Gourd, various types of vegetables including vegetables are available. Light rain, clouds and hot weather are included during this time. These vegetables are suitable for eating at this time.
Here first I am displaying a selfie with the name of the challenge and ID name with this special interesting vegetable recipe.
