First, I will gently scrape off the light skin on the pumpkin with a knife. Of course, we have to remember that we are going to cook a green vegetable. So, I will never cut this green vegetable and remove the white part, but save as much green as possible.
Here, the ingredients, including beans, snake gound, papaya, carrots, pumpkin, and onions, have been thoroughly peeled and washed with clean water.
Then I cleaned the green leaves and coriander leaves thoroughly and kept them separately.
Here I put water in the stove to make stock water and boiled the chicken with a little salt. Later I separated the stock water and separated the meat from the chicken. Then I mixed it with the stock water.
Cut the onions into special cube sizes and cut the carrots into thin slices. Then cut the pumpkin, snake gound beans. Then you cut the onion, green pepper ingredients into nice sizes and keep them separate. And keep the vegetables separate.
Next, I added clean water to the pot and brought this special water to a boil. Then, I added the carrots first.
Here I have put all the required vegetables one by one in hot water and boiled 3/4 of them. Then I have put ice in a container. After the vegetables are cooked, I will put them there to cool.
Here, almost all the vegetables are cooked. Now we will drain them in a colander.
