How are you all .I am.@ roohiasif99 from.pakistan.I hope everybody fine too.Today here I am participating this wonderful contest which organized by @subooi.I am Thankful for my lovely teacher and share us very easy bread making recipe.Today I am share bread making||Dinner roll bun and I am follow same recipe of my teacher.
Let's move towards

| Salt | 1 tsp |
| Sugar | 1 tsp |
| Egg | 1 |
| Yeast | 10gm |
| Milk | warm milk 1 cup |

Take a bowl add in warm milk sugar,yeast.mixed all the ingredients proper way.Then I covered the bowl so that the yeast could activate properly.

Now I started knead the dough .I take a bowl add in flour with salt,oil after that Then I broke an egg in another bowl and added it to the flour.Then, using my hands, I kneaded the dough well. Kneading the dough is the most important process in making bread.The better you knead the dough, the better the dough will be.

After kneading the dough, I took it out into a bowl and covered it for two to three hours so that the dough would rise as it was.

After that, I checked my dough, it was well risen, then I took the dough out of the bowl and spread it on my counter And started cracking loudly.This method gets all the air out of the dough well.

On the other hand preparing baking try .I greased the oil in butter paper base on tray.

After that I also cut the dough and started making equal sized balls.and rest the balls for twenty minutes and coved it in cloth.

After that I add the balls in baking try up the balls add egg youks and sesame seeds.
I had already preheated them to 180 degrees Celsius.

This is my final presentation it's looks very delicious .the taste is amazing . wonderful result I found .thanks for my lovely teacher suboohi.

All the steps in making bread rolls are very important, but the most important step is to activate the yeast. When we use warm milk, we activate it and it is necessary to leave it for a while. This is the most important step in bread making, which is called the first step.The second important step after this is to leave the dough to rest for two to three hours so that it rises properly.Broad are made with great love and care and are offered in all the studs, so in my opinion, the high step is almost special.

By keeping in mind few things you can make a perfect bread i.e measure ingredients accurately, proper kneading, resting the dough until it doubles (not time), stretching dough well can give you 90% better results.
you made bread in a very good way ,you presented, dinner bread in your post very well. All steps with respective images are give in your post.
