Chilli flackshalf tsp
Salt2 tsp
green chilli3-4

Onion2 small size
Potatoes2 medium size
Yougrt1 cup

Coriander seeds1 tsp

Procedure with step by step

I strained the gram flour through a sieve and took it out into a bowl.

1000224416.jpg1000224415.jpg

Peel and cut the onion thin size in cutting board.then wash peel and cut the potatoes in fries style.

1000224427.jpg1000224428.jpg

Add in bowl red chilli powder, salt chilli flacks
Coriander Der seeds, curry leaves.mixed all the ingredients.

1000224417.jpg1000224420.jpg

1000224421.jpg

.Then I mixed the gram flour well with water. You only need to add enough water to dissolve the gram flour in the right quantity. If you keep it too thin, it will not form fritter.

1000224422.jpg1000224425.jpg

After that, I left the gram flour mixer on for half an hour so that it would rise properly.

Then I add in gram flour onion .on the other hand I heated the oil in pen.I stared at the basin with the help of my hands and started putting the pakoras inside the pen.

1000224442.jpg1000224423.jpg

When the pakoras started cooking in the oil, I flipped them over on both sides with the help of a spoon so that they cooked well.
When the color of the cake changed to golden brown, I took it out on a plate and placed a tissue under the plate.

1000224444.jpg1000224448.jpg

After that, I added the chopped potatoes in the form of fries to the remaining besan, mixed them well with the besan, and fried them in oil.And when the eggplant pakoras were cooked well, I took them out on a piece of tissue .

What is your all-time favorite street food, and what makes it so special to you?share the taste, memory,it place that makes you crave it the most

1000224467.jpg

My all-time favorite street food is pakora (crispy fritters). I love its crunchy texture, spicy flavor, and the delicious aroma that fills the air while it is being fried.
What makes pakora special to me is the memory of rainy evenings with my family. We often enjoy hot pakoras with a cup of tea while sitting together and talking. The combination of crispy pakoras, cool weather, and family time always brings comfort and happiness.
Whenever I see a street food stall frying fresh pakoras, I cannot resist the temptation. Their golden color, crispy coating, and flavorful taste make them one of the most enjoyable street foods for me

street food convenient for you? What's your opinion about it?
My opinion about food street

1000224455.jpg

1)Almost every type of food is easily available as street food.

2)It is very convenient and easy to purchase.

3)Street food is usually very tasty and affordable.
4)Compared to big restaurants, the prices are much lower.

4)However, we should always make sure that the place where we buy food is clean and follows proper hygiene standards.

5)Saving money is important, but we should never compromise on our health.

Crispy fritters is a popular street food in our country. It tastes great because it is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Its taste is enhanced when served hot. Crispy fritters is my favorite food with a cup of tea for afternoon snack or chat. However, it is safer to eat if prepared following hygiene rules. You have shown the step-by-step process of making crispy fritters which will be easy for me to make. Your pictures were very clear. Best of luck for your Street food challenge.

Holaaa! Sus buñuelos se ven muy deliciosos, las frituras son super populares y divinas, pero hay que comerlas con moderación, saludos

Thank you so much

I think this pakora is the most sold street food. I also like to eat pakora. This pakora becomes more delicious on rainy days or in winter. Moreover, pakora can be made with different types of vegetables in winter.

Hola Roohiasif99

Bendiciones.

Greetings dear we always enjoy your eonderfull recipe.keep it up

Thank you so much💐💐
