How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also well, Alhamdulillah.I am @shimulakter from Bangladesh.Today I am here again with a new recipe post.Today I am here with a dish with a combination of different colors like the colors of the rainbow.My children like this dish very much.So I often make this recipe at home.It is summer now and this recipe really tastes delicious at this time. The recipe is Falooda recipe.Since this recipe is made with a combination of different types of fruits, it looks wonderful after the recipe is made.And it tastes amazing.I make the recipe in my own way. And the children also eat it very much. So every time I make this Falooda recipe,I am successful. Let's try to present the recipe step by step.

Falooda Recipe

First,I will boil the sago and noodles in hot water and drain the water.

Then I will thicken the milk and make it into a paste. Then I will thicken the milk with the right amount of sugar.

Then,dissolve the custard powder in a little milk and add it to the thick milk, stirring it.When the milk thickens,remove it from the heat.

Now I added boiled sago to the boiled noodles and poured condensed milk into it.

The Story Behind It

I have chosen the Falooda recipe in my today's contest recipe.Because this recipe is decorated in rainbow colors,it is also very delicious to eat.My kids will eat this recipe every day.Several fruits have been added in this recipe.My kids do not want to eat all the fruits here.But if I cut these fruits and serve them with ice cream in Falooda,my kids eat them very nicely.We know that fruits contain a lot of vitamins and minerals.Which are very useful for our health. And that is why I became interested in making this recipe.I always try to feed healthy foods to my kids.Even though I struggle to make those foods,I make various recipes myself.I hope you liked the story behind my recipe today.

To maintain good health, we need to eat nutritious food.Everyone should eat a balanced diet.A balanced diet contains all the necessary elements for the body.If a person eats an egg, milk,banana, and dates daily,he will get many elements from this food.Then,if he eats fish, meat, and vegetables,he will get the right elements from that food in a complete way.I try to have a balanced diet in my daily meals.It contains fish/meat.I try to have green vegetables every day. And at night,we drink raw cow's milk.
