Greetings to all my baking lovers friends
Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my blog ,I love baking but unfortunately this time due my home shifting little bit busy in last two weeks at new home my oven not in order but will soon I fix it due to this reason I didn't participate in week two ...I liked the theme of making different breads hosting by @suboohi ... I am sure it will help us and provide us more tips and techniques about the baking stuffs. Well guys it's pleasure for me to share my participation post in week three with my tampting sweet buns below.... Let's get started......
Do you have any childhood memories with sweet buns.Have you made it before?
Well yes in my childhood time the sweet bun available which were famous by B.p sweet bun ,my whole siblings love to ate that in evening snacks with tea ☕ .... When I saw the sweet bun making this week I can't wait to participate and share my golden pure memories with my Steemit friends .
I prepared sweet bun many time last I shared in Steemit challenge held by @yenny47 ...I remembered I learned and enjoyed many new tips regarding bread baking similarly this season.I searched in my phone galarey and got my selfie with sweet bun that shared above .Infact my whole family love it sweet buns in breakfast and as a evening snacks.
Make Sweet bun by using the recipe given in contest or that you like, with a detailed step-by-step procedure along with images.

| 500 gm all purpose flour |
| 100 gm Sugar |
| 2 eggs |
| 100 gm Butter |
| 15 gm dry Yeast |
| 1/2 tbs Salt |
| 1/2 cup or as Need water |
Step :1
For any kind of baking bread or bun we need to get ready good rised dough for that the most important part is activation of yeast in right manner if your dough became rise correctly you will definitely get the soft and fluffy texture bun or bread .I used dry yeast powder that easily available in market.

Took a 30 ml warm water in container add yeast powder and sugar and covered it for 10 minutes, after ten minutes you saw the yeast were ready and activated now it's ready to add in buns dough.
Step :2
For dough making first we add dry ingredients in a bowl 🥣 so I added sugar,salt in all purpose flour mixed well by fingers then add eggs and activated yeast mixture

Step :3
Mixed all ingredients well by kneading by using hands for 10 minutes then covered it from kitchen towel from two hours kept in dry and war6place for good possible rise .

Step :4
After two hours checked you dough it would complicate rise air bubbles makes it double in size .Removed the air from bread flour by punching or pressed well on kitchen table.

Divide the dough in equal 4 position by using knife and rolled it in longer like a rope then gave different style of folding as your wish and placed it all in baking trey and put in pre heated over . don't forget to brush egg yolk on the top of your sweet bun it will gives more delicious 😋 🤤 and vibrant look to your buns .Baked it for At least 15 to 30 minutes then yummy aroma comes out from your over it's indicated your buns are ready to eat so off the over and set a side let it cool.
Final presentation
List the prices of the ingredients you buy for making the bread. (prices in your local currency and in STEEM).
