RE: Steemit Challenge - Season 33 "From My Kitchen To Your Plate" Week #4 Street Food At Home / Pastelitos

The memories you mentioned from your high school life with this Venezuelan empanada or pastry are quite wonderful. No matter how perfectly prepared it is at home, it is really difficult to recreate the taste of the tiffin food of your childhood 100 percent. I completely agree with the way you highlighted the issue of cleanliness and hygiene in street food. Although it is convenient to eat such food from a familiar and clean stall to satisfy your hunger quickly, hygiene rules are not followed everywhere. The whole process of making dough from yeast, filling it with minced meat and cheese, frying it in oil, and making a pink sauce of mayonnaise and ketchup is beautifully depicted. In my opinion, even if there is nostalgia behind the taste of outside shops, the taste and satisfaction of this hot, homemade food are much safer. Best wishes to you in this contest. 😊
