I can attest that reviewing what you study at the end of the day helps with memory retention.
It might feel tiring at first but it's worth the sweat.
One other thing I do is quizzing myself after the review. For some people, reading might feel boring. Sometimes, you'd feel as if your brain still hasn't captured everything.
To boost my confidence, I try quizzes. It keeps my brain engaged and makes me identify areas I didn't understand fully.
