Its operating hours are from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM; however, being situated in the city center, the shop often remains open until 2:00 AM.

This coffee shop primarily serves milk-based and flavored coffees, though espresso-based options are also available at times. Espresso is a rich, dark coffee that serves as the base for various other coffee drinks; it offers a pleasant aroma and a mild flavor profile. In contrast, Robusta coffee tends to have a somewhat stronger and more bitter taste. Since the coffee beans are roasted on-site, the flavor and aroma are excellent. The coffee here is also more affordably priced compared to other places; espresso ranges from 80 to 120 Taka, while a Café Latte costs between 130 and 220 Taka.Order and Payment Counter: The counter is located near the entrance or in a spot that is easily visible; this is where orders are placed and bills are settled. The main coffee-preparation area is situated directly behind—and connected to—the counter. The coffee shop is not very large and typically offers only a few seating areas; the available tables are perfectly sized for groups of two to four people. Bright lighting is generally not used in this coffee shop.

The informal and relaxed atmosphere of a coffee shop makes for truly engaging and open conversations.
