How are you all.l hope so you all will be happy and trying your best. I'm @cinderella1. I'm also quite happy. Today I am going to share my first recipe post of Punjabi tea ☕. I'm very excited to share this recipe post.l hope you all you all will like this Punjabi recipe.

Tea: Two teaspoons
Sugar: Two teaspoons
Milk: Two cups
Water: one cup
Funnel: one teaspoon
Almond: Five to ten

##Step 01

First of all I lit a fire in clay stove for making this Punjabi style tea.l took some fire starters and dry woods for first. Then I took match box. And took out a match stick from match box. Then I lit kindling and woods with matchstick. Now the fire had lit properly.

##Step 02

Then I took saucepan. And kept it on stove. I put a cup of water into saucepan . Then I waited till coming a boil into water. Because I had to put other remaining metarial into it. John

##Step 03

Now third step was adding sugar and tea into boiling water. So I took two teaspoon tea into boiling water so that that the taste of tea come into water properly. Then I took two teaspoon of sugar . I did not like much sugar. You all can put sugar according to your taste. So I added two teaspoon sugar into it. So that that the sugar boil into water well and its taste come into the water like tea.

When the sugar and tea was boiled into hot water very well. Then I added one teaspoon of funnel into it also and waited till coming a two boil into it. It is magical thing that makes tea very tasty. It also makes very fragrant. In Punjab, It is specially added into tea ☕.It was changed into a black water. Actually it is called kehwa in Punjabi. So when they kehwa was ready, now it was the time to add milk into it. So added milk to well boiled kehwa.

##Step 05

After adding milk, l was waiting for more boils. When the milk and kehwa was boiled well. Then I took a cloth and took off saucepan from stove. I took a strainer and strained the cooked tea first. Then I poured it into a clay pot. Because I am from Punjab and so l represent my culture by these clay pots. I also like little clay pot very much. After pouring tea into a clay pot . I sprinkled some crushed almonds and whole almonds into it. Now the Punjabi style tea was ready. It was smelling amazing. I used clay pot for tea instead of cup because it is a style of punjabies and phatans. So when I served it to my Mama with biscuits at afternoon. She felt very happy .
