✓ Which product would you recommend from this confectionery shop and why?
Beside cakes and sweets for special occasions I would suggest Milk cake, also known as Kalakand, is a rich Indian sweet originating from Rajasthan State of India. This indulgent sweet transforms full-fat milk into a dense, grainy fudge through slow reduction and coagulation.

How to prepare:
To make Milk Cake the milk is simmered for a long time until it thickens consistency, then curdled lightly with lemon juice, citric acid, or alum to form delicate granules. Sugar is added in batches, cooking further until moisture evaporates and the mix turns golden-brown.
I hope you know that we the Indians love ghee even if we use it in moderate, provides glossy caramelization. Poured into greased trays, it sets over 24 hours, insulated to create a two-tone layer, a pale top and caramelized base.
If you happen to try it you will find a fudgy, crumbly mouthfeel with distinct milk grains that melt balancing milky sweetness, subtle tang, and nutty ghee notes. Garnished with pistachios and cardamom enhances its aromatic warmth. By the way this confectionery adds thin silver leaf to it but I prefer simple one so its nuanced caramel depth shines fresh.
✓ Are there any products that this confectionery doesn't sell that you'd like to find there? Please explain your answer in detail.
Yes, Akash Confectionery focuses on bakery staples like cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and eggless options, with custom orders and home delivery, but lacks sugarless and health-focused sweets.
I'd love to see authentic regional sugarless sweets such as rasgulla, gulab jamun, jalebi, or milk cake perfect complements to their baked goods for festive cravings in my area. These syrupy sugarless delights, absent from their listings, would elevate it as a one-stop sweet shop, blending pastries with India flavors.

Sugar-free pastries, gluten-free cakes, or organic/nut-based treats and sweets with dry fruit are okay but if they could make them sugarless my wife who suffers from mild dbetese avoids them.
I guess if they add them that will make them more appealing to fitness enthusiasts like her and seek healthy market buys. Premium chocolates or seasonal artisan varieties could diversify beyond basics as well.
Adding these would boost variety, support local sweet sellers traditions, and align with our food culture. It'd make Akash a daily must-visit instead of going to city which is more than 12 km from this area.
✓ How would you rate your experience at this establishment in terms of quality and price?
I'd rate Akash Confectionery 3.5/5 for quality fresh bakery items like cakes and pastries good in taste and quality.
Price-wise, it's 4/5 Affordable in this area with value matching local bakeries.
