The Dairy Game: [ 01/08/2026] cooking delicious meal and market errands.

Good day, guys and welcome to another episode of my diary session with yours truly, @goodness. In today's episode, I want to kindly share with everyone how my day went and I hope this adds more flavour to how yours was.

I woke up feeling pains all over my body. I guess because I slept on the floor last night. It rained heavily the previous day and water entered my room thereby wetting my bed. But then, life goes on.
I quickly said my morning prayers. I did my normal morning routine and set off for work.
I got to work earlier. Changed into my working clothes.

The first food on the Menu today was I Asun Rice. I quickly gathered all my ingredients and started the cooking process. In about an hour, everything was set.

I also made porridge Yam. Nigeria Smokey Jollof rice, Porridge beans and White rice.
I did some other stuff that I couldn't snapped because everything was happening so fast that I didn't even have time to snap.

I finished the morning set of work and I had my breakfast of white rice and stew with Fish

It was already afternoon when my Boss sent me on an Errand to Mushin, a popular market here in Lagos to pick up some frozen fish from our supplier. I dressed up and left the kitchen.

When I got to the market, I went to the Vendors shop but I met his Absence. I called him to informed him that I was around. He ask me to wait that he stepped out to get something.

Not long, he showed up as promised.
I collected the frozen fish and m returned back to the kitchen.

When I got back, I started prepping my items for tomorrow's productions. I started by pealing some carrots and runners beans. After pealing, I dazed them and packed it in it container.

I also marinated some chicken breast filet for tomorrow's salad amongst other things that I did.

After marinating, I covered it and put it in the Deep freezer. I will grill it by tomorrow.
When I was done, I had dinner before I signed out and I headed home.
