I hope all my chef friends are well and healthy. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also well. I invite all my chef friends to my another recipe blog. Today I will share with you a Delicious Chocolate Cake Recipe in the Contest Recipe of the Day Week No.107 competition organized by @dasudi in the Steemit Iron Chef community.
Step 1
To make the chocolate cake, first sift all the dry ingredients in a sieve. In a sieve, I took 1.5 cups of flour, half a cup of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon of salt for a nice balance. Then I sifted all the dry ingredients well. After sifting, I stirred all the dry ingredients well and then set the bowl aside.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, crack three eggs at room temperature, add 1 cup of sugar to the eggs. Then, using a hand whisk, beat the sugar and eggs well. Beat everything well until the sugar melts, taking your time to beat the sugar and egg mixture. When the sugar melts and the mixture has a creamy texture, you will know that the mixture is ready.
Step 3
I added vanilla essence and half a cup of cooking oil to the egg and sugar mixture. Using cooking oil will make the cake moist and have a mouth-watering taste. I added half a cup of liquid milk, then stirred it to mix the milk with all the ingredients.
Step 4
Now mix all the dry ingredients, add the previously prepared dry ingredients by sifting. Then mix them with the help of a hand whisk. Mix all the ingredients from one side and the perfect dough will be made. If the dough feels tight while mixing the ingredients, add half a cup of liquid milk to adjust the consistency of the dough.
Step 5
After adding all the ingredients, I mixed it well with a hand whisk so that there were no lumps in the dough. Now the perfect dough for chocolate cake is ready. Let's move on to the next step.
Step 6
At this stage, I took a mold to bake the cake in, brushed the mold with a little oil, then cut a piece of paper with a hole in the bottom of the mold and placed it on the bottom. I poured the prepared cake batter into the mold. Then I tapped the mold a few times to make sure there was no air inside. Then I placed a stand in the preheated pan and placed the mold on top of it.
Step 7
I covered the pot and baked it for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, I removed the lid and checked with a toothpick whether the inside was cooked well. The spongy chocolate cake was ready in the oven.
Step 8
I removed the paper that I had placed underneath the cake while unmolding it, then melted it in a bowl on the stove with the chocolate. Then I poured it over the cake, which will enhance the taste and beauty of the chocolate cake.
