In my town, people are investing much in the restaurant business because food is something that everyone needs and end, I paid a visit to one of the newly established restaurants in my town.

Name, location, and hours of the National or International Pizza franchise.

Swemishi Restaurant is one of the newest restaurants in my town that sells pizza and other items. The restaurant is located on Wamba road which the road that links the Akwanga market and Wamba Local Government.

This restaurant serves both national and international pizza and the international pizza is more expensive than the local pizza. Swemishi is open every day from 9 am to 10 pm.

There is national and international pizza available in Swemishi Restaurant which from the menu of the restaurant, international pizza there cost ₦40,000 which is almost about 400 Steem, and a small size of it costs ₦20,000, and then the national pizza costs ₦3,000.

I think the international pizza is too expensive but the quality of the pizza is okay, but the price is kind of too expensive in the environment where the business is located.

The restaurant is a very beautiful restaurant designed with white and with a beautiful interior design. The place is well equipped and as seen in my video you will agree with me that the place has international standards.

The environment is calm beautiful and chilling for relaxation. The services of the restaurant is topnotch which I am rating it 9.5/10 rating. As I visited the restaurant is almost enter inside the kitchen before a staff member came out and attended to me.

The available payment methods of the places are:

  • Bank transfer
  • Cash payment
  • Point of sale payment (POS)

It is a place that is worth visiting which I am inviting you to and it is now my favorite spot in Akwanga.

A thin and crispy crust is my perfect pizza. This is because I enjoy the light texture and the satisfying crunch in every single bite. A thin crust allows the toppings and flavours to stand out without feeling too heavy. My most essential ingredients are:

  • Plenty of mozzarella cheese
  • Rick tomato sauce
  • Grilled chicken
  • Fresh onions
  • Sweet bell pepper
  • Mushrooms

What is that one ingredient you don't allow them to add to your pizza? Explain your answer.

Pineapple is the ingredient that I don't allow to be added to my pizza. This is because I don't enjoy the combination because of the traditional savory taste. Also, it is because the sweetness of pineapple feels out of place and it changes the flavor profile too much.


What's your favorite drink to go with a good pizza: soda, natural juice, or water?

A cold glass of natural pineapple or orange juice is okay for me to take with pizza. Natural juice feels refreshing to me and it helps to balance the richness of the toppings and cheese. Also, water is a good choice for digestion but natural juice is my favorite drink to go with a good pizza.
