Hello friends, Salamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well, Alhamdulillah, I am fine too. Today I am going to participate in a competition, I hope you like it, so let's get started.
My breakfast today
Like every day, I ate a little nutritious and heavy food in the morning because, I think if I eat heavy food every morning, I will get a lot of energy throughout the day because a mother should eat a lot of nutritious food because she has to take care of both the family and the child.
Today I made rice roti in the morning and there was beef butt. I cooked beef butt and mixed rice roti with it and ate breakfast. This food was very tasty and nutritious. Its taste is very rich. So I really like this food.
My lunch is Rui fish sauce.
Today at noon I had rice with Rui fish sauce. This Rui fish must have weighed about six kilograms. It is a very large Rui fish. It was caught from our pond and this Rui fish was sauced with potatoes. I really like eating Rui fish and since this fish is extra large, it was incredibly delicious to eat. I took a piece of fish from here and ate it with light hot rice.
Papaya and mango are my afternoon snacks.
Papaya and mango are both from our own trees. I picked fresh formalin-free mango and papaya from the tree and prepared them as afternoon snacks. After cutting and preparing them, I shared them with my family. Mango is a food rich in vitamins, as is papaya. And eating such fruits is very beneficial for our human body. It plays a big role in providing calories to our body, so I kept fruits for afternoon snacks.
My dinner is roasted chickpeas
Chickpeas are a nutritious food. Chickpeas contain a lot of calories and vitamins. The human body needs a lot of nutrients and to fulfill that role, it is very important to eat a cup of chickpeas every day. I love chickpeas a lot. I always prefer to eat light food at night. The less I eat at night, the better my body is, so I eat a little food every night, but it is a food full of nutritional qualities. And that is why I have chosen a cup of chickpeas as my dinner tonight. I completed the chickpeas with a light meal at night. I took a walk for a while after eating the night meal and then fell asleep. I am a food crazy person so I eat my daily meals with great interest and I like it.
Anyway, everyone will be fine and healthy and if there is any mistake, Allah Hafez will look at it with forgiveness.
