This is a small roadside sweet stall, so it doesn’t really have a specific name. It is located in the old market area of Parbatipur and usually appears on market (hat) days. The shop opens in the afternoon and stays open until around 9 PM.

Because the shop is located beside the road, there are no advanced security systems like CCTV cameras. At night, the vendor uses electricity from nearby market connections just for lighting. However, I noticed that the shop owner is very friendly and manages everything on his own.

This stall has been operating for many years. The owner earns a good income, especially on market days. He runs the stall alone and treats customers politely. The sweets are displayed nicely, which makes it easy for customers to choose what they like.

I usually decide based on the situation. If I am at a restaurant, I prefer having fried sweets with a hot coffee. But at home or in casual places, I enjoy them more with a cold drink.

I mostly like to eat these sweets as an afternoon snack. Especially on market days, I buy them and bring them home. Then we all sit together in the afternoon and enjoy them as a family, which feels really satisfying.

However, people happily buy these foods and take them for their families. However, the prices of all the foods have increased a lot compared to before.
