Hello everyone. Today I am participating in Week 3 of the Steemit Learning Challenge Season 32. This week's topic is "The Gastronomic Route of National or International Franchises - Fried Chicken."

For this challenge, I visited Hungry Na Ki, a restaurant located on Airport Road, Saidpur. Although I only had tea during my visit, I carefully observed the restaurant, its menu, environment, service, and food presentation. I would like to share my experience with you.

Transportation is quite convenient, and visitors can comfortably reach the restaurant by rickshaw, auto-rickshaw, motorcycle, or private car. Its location beside a busy road makes it easy to find and visit at any time of the day.

Structure, Environment and Service

The restaurant is relatively small in size, but it is nicely decorated and well organized. There is seating available inside where customers can comfortably enjoy their meals.

The atmosphere felt friendly and relaxed. The staff were busy preparing food and beverages for customers. I especially liked that tea was being prepared fresh on-site.

Although I did not sit inside the restaurant, the overall environment seemed quite pleasant and well-maintained. Everything appeared clean and organized.

I sat on a bench outside the restaurant and enjoyed a cup of tea while observing the surroundings. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, which made the experience enjoyable.

Payment Methods

Customers can pay using cash, and mobile banking services such as bKash and Nagad are commonly accepted in restaurants of this type. This makes transactions convenient for customers. But this is a small restaurant so carrying cash is a safe option. I saw the logo of the bkash payment in this shop.

When Ordering Fried Chicken, Which Pieces Do I Prefer?

When ordering fried chicken, I usually prefer chicken legs and wings. I find these pieces juicier and more flavorful than other parts. The crispy outer coating combined with tender meat inside makes them very enjoyable.

What Do I Like to Have with Fried Chicken?

Fried chicken tastes great to me even without any side dishes. However, adding some extra items like fries, sauce, or a drink can make the meal even more enjoyable. I usually enjoy fried chicken with:

• Tomato Ketchup/Chili Sauce
• Soft Drinks

This combination creates a complete fast-food experience and enhances the flavor of the chicken.

What Should the Perfect Piece of Fried Chicken Be Like?

For me, the perfect piece of fried chicken should have a crispy golden coating on the outside and tender, juicy meat on the inside. I prefer the classic crispy style because it provides a satisfying crunch while maintaining the natural flavor of the chicken.

Although I visited Hungry Na Ki mainly for tea, I enjoyed exploring the restaurant and observing its food items, environment, and service. The restaurant offers a variety of affordable fast-food options and maintains a pleasant atmosphere despite its small size.

Tea

The tea I drank was quite good, and the overall environment felt comfortable. Based on my observations, Hungry Na Ki can be a good choice for people looking for affordable fast food and fried chicken in the Airport Road area of Saidpur.
