Egg Fried-rice recipe

Nowadays, the most popular Chinese food item is fried rice. And making this fried rice is very easy. If you have a few ingredients at home, you can always make delicious fried rice with these ingredients. Everyone in my house loves to eat fried rice. Especially everyone likes chicken fried rice. However, when there is no chicken in the house and there is egg, I mainly make fried rice with egg. Especially for my son.
Many times, it is seen that children lose their taste. They do not want to eat rice. Or they do not want to eat egg or other vegetable dishes. Then, to bring variety, they have to present their food in a different way. And so sometimes I make fried rice for my son. He already loves eating fried rice. And he really likes to present this food in a different way. Both eggs and vegetables are mixed in it, so all the nutrients are present at the same time. And even if he does not eat rice, he likes to eat it very much. I originally made this fried rice with eggs and carrots. I really liked it. I thought I would share the recipe with you today as a shortcut.
First, I poured a lot of water into a pan. When the water got hot, I added salt to it and then let the water boil well. When the water started to boil, I added the rice that I had soaked earlier. I washed the rice well for half an hour and soaked it in water. When it was seventy percent cooked, I drained the water from the rice separately.
Now I put mustard oil in the fry pan. I put the chopped garlic in it. After adding the chopped garlic, I made it a little brown. Then I added the chopped onion.
At this stage, I added the chopped carrots. Then I fried it for a while and added salt. I continued frying it for a while.
Now I put these vegetable mixers aside separately. I broke an egg in the middle. I added salt and pepper powder in it. Then I broke it and mixed everything together well and fried it.
At this stage, I added the pre-cooked rice. The rice was in a state of mushy state. And everything was mixed together. At the last stage, I added half a teaspoon of black pepper powder. And after mixing everything well, the fried rice was ready for the baby.
This delicious egg fried rice is very beneficial and very healthy for children. I think it is very healthy for everyone as it is made at home in a short time and with several nutritious ingredients. This recipe can be prepared in an hour. It takes even less time if a small quantity is prepared. When preparing the recipe, it will be much more fun to eat if it is made with tomato sauce and soy sauce. However, it is better not to use these for children.
