Today, I have come to participate in the Third week’s contest of Steemit Challenge Season 33 Week 4 - "Explore and Review"- Hospitals and healthcare centers. Our dear brother @mahadisalim always presents very easy, smooth, and beautiful contests. I want to start by thanking him from the bottom of my heart, focusing today’s review on participating in today’s contest.

A hospital is a healthcare institution that provides comprehensive individual health services, ranging from inpatient and outpatient care to emergency services. Health is a crucial factor in nation-building, serving as the primary foundation for progress, prosperity, and competitiveness. It is a key indicator of well-being, reflected in high life expectancy and low disease rates. We all hope for the availability of well-equipped, adequate hospitals that keep pace with the times to serve the community's medical needs.

Metro Medical Center General Hospital in Lhokseumawe is a private hospital serving the general public as well as State Civil Apparatus (ASN) personnel. Situated in a strategic area, the hospital also caters to patients registered with the Social Security Agency on Health (BPJS Kesehatan). It occupies a spacious facility centered in the Cunda district of Lhokseumawe City. Its location is highly strategic, situated along the Banda Aceh - Medan national highway in Keude Cunda, Muara Dua District, Lhokseumawe. Being positioned right off the main road makes the hospital easily accessible from various directions.

Although relatively new, Metro Medical Center has already gained a reputation for providing excellent service. The hospital is clean, and the staff are friendly and prompt in assisting every visitor extending their courtesy not only to patients and their families but to all other visitors as well. This was my personal experience when visiting the hospital a few weeks ago; the staff provided excellent service at every stage, from the motorcycle parking area to the elevator. However, it was unfortunate that upon entering the hospital building itself, the interior appeared somewhat unclean and the layout of the facilities seemed disorganized.

In keeping with the general functions and objectives of a hospital, MMC Lhokseumawe Hospital provides friendly service to every patient who arrives, whether they require inpatient care or simply an outpatient check-up, utilizing the various facilities available. The hospital boasts a vast and impressive facility. In delivering healthcare services, the hospital never discriminates between patients; everyone receives the best possible care. Metro Medical Center Lhokseumawe Hospital is equipped with comprehensive facilities, making it a referral destination for patients from various surrounding hospitals and community health centers (Puskesmas).

The hospital features a spacious patient registration area, a laboratory, and X-ray facilities. It also provides rooms for ultrasound (USG) examinations, ICU and HCU units, an emergency department, and operating theaters. MMC Lhokseumawe Hospital houses a range of fully equipped specialist clinics, covering fields such as ophthalmology, cardiology and vascular medicine, internal medicine, neurology, surgery and orthopedics, dentistry, ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat), and obstetrics and gynecology.

The entire hospital is kept clean, ensuring a comfortable environment for both patients and visitors. A reasonably spacious and clean prayer room is available on the premises for worship. There is also ample parking space at the front for both two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles. Metro Medical Center Hospital provides 24-hour service every day, particularly for emergency patients in need of urgent care, while outpatient services and specialist consultations are subject to the doctors' schedules. All healthcare services at this hospital are provided free of charge.
