The Dairy Game: [ 29/07/2026] from cooking delicious meal/Attending to a Vendor.

Good day, guys and welcome to another episode of my diary session with yours truly, @goodness. In today's episode, I want to kindly share with everyone how my day went and I hope this adds more flavour to how yours was.

I woke up quiet earlier today. I said my prayers, did my normal morning routine. I headed to the bathroom to freshen up. When I was done, I dressed up and went to work. I arrived in the kitchen very early. I started work almost immediately. The first thing in today's menu was Coleslaw salad. We have different kinds of salads and coleslaw is a type of salad. I brought out all the different items like, White cabbage, carrots, cucumber, green peas, sweet corn and lettuce. I dazed my cabbage into it appropriate sizes, did Same to the carrots and cucumbers. After dazing everything, I mixed them all together with it cream.

When I was done with the coleslaw. I quickly peal my yam for Yam and eggs sauce. I washed the yam and boiled it. On the other hand, I was also preparing the Egg sauce for the Yam. I portioned and packed it when it was ready.

As a Chef, your Ability to do different things at a time is a plus+. Because while I was making preparations for the yam and egg sauce. I also doing something other stuff like preparing fried rice, jollof spaghetti, Ofada sauce, etc.

As you all can see, I have about 4 pots on the burner which am the only one controlling.

I prepared Beef rice. I started by hitting groundnut oil in a pot. I added onions and Tomatoes paste, I allowed it to fry before adding my peppers mixed. I added Curry, thyme, seasonings. I washed my rice, put it in the pot and allowed it to cook. When it was already ready, I added my dazed beef with Veggies to it. I allowed it to steam a little then dished it out.

While I was still in the kitchen trying to finish up with my work, one of our vendors came to supplied us Goat meat. I hurriedly went to attend to him. I received the Goat meat, gave him an instructions on how to cut it into the appropriate sizes that I want.

When he was done with the cutting, I washed it, counted everything and cooked it.

I rounded up with everything I was doing. I had my breakfast of jollof rice with coleslaw salad.

I finished eating and went to freshen up.
I got back and supervised my assistants in other to ensure that the kitchen is properly cleaned.
The rest of the day was unproductive as I have already finished with most of my work for the day.
I did a little prepping of carrots and runners beans.
When I was done, I had my dinner of spaghetti.
I signed out of work and went home.
