When it comes to local street food, the first name that comes to mind is Puchka. Puchka is a very popular and delicious food for people of all ages, young and old. Recently, I got the opportunity to visit a beautiful and modernly designed Puchka shop. The attractive decoration of the shop, clean environment, and delicious special Puchka really impressed me. So I am sharing this experience in my own words. This is the most popular shop in the Shanir Akhra area of the capital, Dhaka. The exterior of the shop is decorated in a modern design, which attracts people's attention from afar. Glass walls, beautiful signboards, bright lights, and neat decoration give the shop a different beauty. After entering, I liked the clean environment and comfortable seating arrangement. It is a suitable place to enjoy a meal with friends or family members. A salesman is wearing a T-shirt in front of the shop. There are various designs on the walls of the shop.

The main attraction of this shop is their special pucca. The shell of the pucca was very crispy and fresh. Inside was a filling of potatoes, chickpeas, spices, coriander leaves, and a special mixture. It was served with a special tamarind water with sour, salty, and sweet flavors, which enhanced the taste of the pucca several times. While eating each pucca, I felt a beautiful balance of fresh ingredients and spices. There is a chart with the prices of different types of special pucca in front of the cash counter of the shop.

I ordered a special Puchka plate. Each Puchka was prepared with great care and was prepared hygienically before serving. The food tasted good, and the presentation was attractive. The staff was polite and sincere. They took orders with a smile and also gave suggestions about the food if needed. The shop has a pay-first system, so I paid first and was given a token. Later, after waiting for some time, the Puchka was delivered to me as per the token number.

Another good thing about the shop is its cleanliness. Many people worry about hygiene when it comes to street food, but here, special attention has been paid to that aspect. The cooking area, serving utensils, and seating area were all kept clean. As a result, it was possible to enjoy the food with peace of mind.

I also found the shop to be quite reasonable in terms of price. The price is quite acceptable when compared to the quality of the food, the environment, and the service. So, students, employees or families can come here and eat Puchka comfortably. It is a great place for an afternoon snack or a chat with friends. Every day, customers from far and wide in the city flock to the shop to eat Puchka.

What I liked the most is the attempt to present a popular local street food in a modern environment. They are serving ordinary puchka not just as food, but as a beautiful experience.
