Assalamu Alaikum friends, how are you all, I am also Alhamdulillah well and wish everyone good health. I have participated in this week's great SLC challenge -slc/w4 - Bread Malai Roll Cake Recipe. This is the biggest opportunity for me to evaluate my time and fulfill my hobby of cooking. So I will also share my experience with all my steam family. I have made many types of recipes with bread before but this is the first time I have made such a recipe. We had no previous experience to make it, today I made it for the first time. I made this dessert in the way that steam member @selina1 ma'am has tried to arrange the methods of making this dessert in the process in that way, I follow her rules and make this dessert.

Step-1: First I put 1 teaspoon of ghee in the pan, add milk to it and stir for some time. Keep stirring with powdered milk so that it does not stick, then add 2 teaspoons of sugar and keep stirring again until it thickens and forms a syrup. When the syrup thickens and forms a syrup, do not lower the heat.


Step-2: Put the milk in another pot. And boil the milk until it thickens. To change the color of the boiled milk, I mix a small amount of sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves and a small amount of water in the pot to make caramel. When the caramel is ready, I add a small amount of milk to it and continue to boil it, then the color of the milk changes to a reddish color.

Step-3: Put some nuts in the pan and lightly toast them. Once the nuts are toasted, chop them with a knife.

Step-4: I cut the breads apart using a knife, cutting the thick part around the bread.

Step-5: After cutting around the bread, roll the bread well with a rolling pin, making it very thin so that there is no difficulty while rolling the bread.


Step-6: Now I put the pre-made khirsa in the middle of the thinly sliced ​​bread and gently roll it. I roll all the breads in this way.


Step-7: Once the bread is all rolled, spread the nuts on it and then pour the cooled milk on top. Serve it nicely with milk.

Yes, this is the first time I have made this dessert, I have never made this dessert before. After making the bread malai roll cake, I liked it a lot because I was able to make such a fun item for my family. And that's why I and all my family members enjoyed it with fun. I was able to make it on time and serve it to them as an evening snack, Alhamdulillah, all the family members, young and old, liked it and enjoyed this recipe with fun. Yes, I spent a lot of time collecting bread. Because there is no confectionery near my house, so I had to go to the city and collect this bread.
