I have reviewed the office of the Upazila Election Officer. It is actually located in our Feni district, in Daganbhuiyan Upazila of Feni district. Here we basically receive various types of services, especially any type of service related to our ID card, we get it from here, we can collect various types of information, and we come here to do many types of work, starting from transferring ID. This is basically an institution that serves the people, especially when they face such problems, everyone comes here and solves their problems.

I have reviewed the office of the Upazila Election Office. It is located in Daganbhuiyan in our Feni district. It is basically located in the administrative area of the Upazila and serves as an important center for various types of services and election management. Especially here, if you need any kind of assistance related to new voter registration or correction of various types of information related to smart cards, everyone is here. Especially, various election-related information and all kinds of services are provided. But for local citizens, it is a very important service center where people come every day to get the necessary election or identity card related services.

The Upazila Election Officer's office provides many types of election and national identity card related services to citizens. In this case, it is seen that the staff's behavior is very sincere and cooperative during the inspection. Especially, there are specific arrangements for providing information and giving necessary instructions to those who receive the service. In addition, the office environment is generally kept very clean and some arrangements have been made for the waiting people to sit here. Especially here, various types of services including new voter registration NID correction are available relatively easily, which is beneficial for the common people.

Again, there is a beautiful place for the service recipients to wait, where the various departments of the office are well-organized, especially the environment around this office is also very beautiful and calm, so the citizens here can complete their necessary tasks without any problems. Especially even though the number of visitors here is high, there is a place to sit or wait. In this case, overall, I think the environmental situation of this place is very beautiful and relatively good.

I have received services on this subject before in the Upazila Election Office regarding my national identity card information. Also, many other types of work can be done here, especially correcting information or transferring voters. Many types of information are provided. The staff here have helped provide the necessary information and given guidance on the process of receiving services. In my opinion, to improve customer service, adequate seating arrangements have been made for Eid without waiting. Also, there are various information display boards and online services here. Also, if we hire additional manpower during busy times, there is a lot of suffering while receiving services. In this case, I think it plays an important role for the service of the office and public service.
