First of all, I would like to thank my dear brother @mahadisalim for giving me the opportunity to participate with a beautiful topic.

View in front of the Cox's Bazar Development Authority office.

First of all, I love traveling. And I love collecting photographs of those beautiful places and sharing them with everyone makes me feel even better. So I really like working with the Steem team on the Steemit platform. For that reason, I went to visit the COWK office in Cox's Bazar Sadar.

I took the photo from in front of the office gate.

That is, I went to visit the Cox's Bazar Development Authority building. It is a bit far from our area. Even though it is in the same area, the distance is very long. First, I set out to visit this place. I took a rickshaw to go to this place, there is no car rental of 20 taka. I went straight to the COWK office. This place is very popular with everyone.

The previous office of the COWK authority was Tolnai, the current office is huge. The building has been built very beautifully. The environment of the village is very beautiful. Moreover, it is very beautiful and there is no chaos, the surrounding environment is very clean. There is security here, there is a lot of people coming and going. You know, this development authority office looks after the supervision and management of all the development activities of a headquarters.

The rangoon flower and the rose flower were very beautiful to see together.IMG20260728143553.jpg
There were red colored flowers here.IMG20260728143544.jpg
I don't know how many staff there are here, but there are a lot of staff here. They are very good. Basically, there is no ticket to enter here. Anyone can enter for work purposes. Moreover, one can visit with the permission of the security guard. However, since it is a government office, there is no opportunity to take pictures or videos here. I visited the outside environment.

There was a flower garden here and there were green trees around. That day, the sky was cloudy. Even though the sky was cloudy, the environment was wonderful. This place is located on the Circuit House Road of our Cox's Bazar city. The Circuit House is located on the side of the hill. Opposite Hotel Shaibal, on the road to Kalatali. Circuit House is located next to the main road, which makes it very easy to travel. This office has adequate parking.

It was wonderful to see the sky amidst the greenery.IMG20260728143706_01.jpg
The car parking and the design of the building are amazing.IMG20260728143652_01.jpg
Green nature and the Bangladesh flag were hanging.IMG20260728143642.jpg
The rules and regulations here are very good. There is a cleaning staff who takes care of the outdoor environment, flower gardens, plants. They water the garden and clean the weeds. This office is mainly open from 10 am to 5 pm. The electricity system here is good. Moreover, all the activities are monitored by CCTV cameras. There is a night and day caretaker here, and there is an office for them inside the gate.

I took a selfie from there.

There is a car for the office authorities here. That car is kept in the garage at night. There is a garage downstairs and they have their own driver. This place is a very quiet place, a quiet environment is maintained here. If you wish, you can collect enough pictures from here. If the weather is good, there is an opportunity to collect very beautiful pictures. Since the environment is very beautiful.

The palm trees and greenery were beautifully arranged.IMG20260728143439.jpg
The name of this tree is the Zhou tree.IMG20260728143409.jpg
Those who are professional photographers can collect photographs beautifully. However, those who are new can also collect beautiful pictures if they try. Since it is a government building, anyone can visit here with the permission of the security. Because the place is a place to see since it is the office of the development authority. A new building is a place to see. Now that it is the rainy season, there are no flower gardens.

The beauty has been somewhat disturbed due to the rain. However, a wonderful atmosphere is maintained in the winter or dry season. I have taken photographs from different angles. I have taken photographs of flowers and photographs of green plants. Moreover, I have collected my own photographs and selfies. All in all, I was able to spend time in this place.

These are small-sized zinnia flowers.IMG20260728143526.jpg

The sky was cloudy.IMG20260728143419.jpg
Those moments when I was able to collect photographs were great for me. I had a great experience about this place. There is a place to sit here and there is a parking space below. You can spend time in a very nice way. There are facilities to appreciate the surrounding views. The security guard is very good. Moreover, I have talked to several staff here, their behavior is extremely friendly.

The other green plants look very beautiful.

The Cox's Bazar Development Authority building that you visited is really beautiful. The red brick building is spectacular. It is very true that taking pictures or making videos in government institutions is completely prohibited. Anyone who violates this law will face punishment. From the scenes you have presented outside the building, it is clear that the building authority loves nature, so there are a lot of plants around the building. Your presentation is very beautiful, and I wish you success.

The idea of choosing the surroundings of a government building like the Cox's Bazar Development Authority as a photography location is quite different. Usually, many people do not think of taking pictures in such places due to the tight security, but it was nice to capture the outside garden, the sedges, and the cloudy weather with the permission of the guards. I think that although the flower garden was slightly damaged due to the monsoon, the scenes were quite nice to see in the combination of the modern design of the new building and the surrounding greenery. Despite the tight security, the friendly behavior of the staff there and the clear explanation of the transportation and rules will give newcomers a clear idea about the place for newcomers. Best wishes for this contest. 😊
