Today I am going to participate in the ongoing SLC31-W6 | The Curious Explorer : Food Culture Journey challenge of the “Steem For Lifestyle” community. First of all, I would like to thank the respected @max-pro brother. For presenting such a beautiful real-life experience-based challenge to us. Through this challenge, we are able to learn about various important food places in our area and get the opportunity to gain new experiences. As a Curious Explorer, today I will take you to a popular food place “Hazi Biryani Kacchi Ghar” in Badarganj Upazila of Rangpur district. By coming here, I have gained a very beautiful experience. 01 What kind of Food Culture Journey have you visited? Briefly introduce yourself.

I am @samsunnaharsuity. I love to visit new places, take photos and taste different types of food. As a Curious Explorer, today I visited a popular Traditional Restaurant and Fast Food Section type food shop. “Hazi Biryani Kachchi Ghar” is a well-known food place located at Haque Saheb intersection in Badarganj upazila of Rangpur district. Every day, many people come here to taste delicious biryani and other delicious food. The interior of the restaurant was very beautiful and attractive. The big pictures of biryani on the walls and the red color design made the whole place more attractive. The aroma of biryani was so good that I could feel it as soon as I entered the shop.

02 How were the activities, services and facilities at this place? (With pictures + prices, videos)

After entering the restaurant, the first thing that caught my eye was their beautiful environment and attractive decoration of the food. There was adequate seating arrangement and the entire place was clean and tidy. The employees were very sincere and polite. The effort to serve the customers quickly was clearly seen in their work. Various types of delicious food are available in this restaurant. Such as: Basmati Khashir Kachchi, Chinigura Khashir Kachchi, Khashir Rejala, Dim Polao, Shahi Morog Polao, Borhani. The prices of the food were also mentioned nicely on the menu board on the wall. The price of the food is relatively affordable and the quality is also very good.

Especially the Khasir Kachchi meat was very soft and delicious. The combination of fragrant rice and spices made the food even more tempting. The best thing is that they accept food orders for various occasions 24 hours a day. Food can be ordered from here for birthdays, weddings, Milad Mahfil or any social event. Also, the restaurant had good lighting and air conditioning and has a nice atmosphere to sit and eat with family.

03 Show the special foods of that place.

The most popular dish of this restaurant is the Khashir Kachchi Biryani. The fragrant basmati rice with soft Khashir meat and the use of special spices gives the dish an extraordinary taste. Also, the Chinigura Khashir Kachchi is very popular here. The Borhani served with the dish enhances the taste of the entire dish. Also, Khashir Rejala and Shahi Morog Pola are also on the list of favorites of many. The dishes are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to eat. I especially noticed that they pay a lot of attention to cleanliness to maintain the quality of the food. Every dish is beautifully served, which is very important for a customer.

As a Curious Explorer, I really enjoyed visiting “Hazi Biryani Kachchi Ghar”. It was a really great experience to visit a new food place and taste their food. The beautiful atmosphere of the restaurant, delicious food and sincere service impressed me. Especially the aroma of biryani and the taste of the food are memorable for a long time. This is a very nice place to spend time with family or friends. I think this restaurant will definitely be good for those who love to eat biryani. I have gained a very nice experience by coming here. I want to come here again in the future to taste new dishes with my friends.
