I The Diary Game||21-04-2026|| I am going to the hospital for a doctor's consultation.

Today I am going to write my diary dated 21-04-2026. I will share with you the parts of my days work through writing a dairy. I hope everyone will like my diary writing.
In front side of the hospital

Today I wake up at 6 am.I brushed my teeth and took bath. Then I made breakfast.I had my breakfast. I got ready to go to the hospital.I took many important things like my Id card, medical report, money.I left my house on time.I went to the hospital by rickshaw.

After reaching the hospital, I first go to the reception desk to register my name and take an appointment. Then, I wait in the waiting area until my turn comes. While waiting, I try to stay calm and observe the environment, which is usually clean and organized.

When I enter the doctor’s chamber, I greet the doctor politely and explain my health problem clearly. It is important to describe symptoms honestly, including when they started and how severe they are. The doctor may ask some questions and may also check my vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, or heartbeat.
After examining me, the doctor provides advice, prescribes medicine, or may suggest some tests if necessary. I listen carefully to the instructions so that I can follow them properly later.
Finally, I collect the prescription and any test recommendations before leaving the hospital. If needed, I schedule a follow-up visit.
