Honestly, I like participating in recipe competitions a lot. But I really liked this week's subject Bread Malai Cake Recipe. I liked this subject a lot. I like to make such recipes sometimes. Actually, I don't like eating sweets very much. But sometimes it's good to make special recipes. Again, I like to make them sometimes and keep them in the fridge to eat. Details :

First I cut the bread slices from all sides. Then I cut a few loaves like this. Then I flattened them a little.

Then I put the liquid milk in a pan on the stove. I added some sugar to it. I will burn them for a while.

Then I mixed milk powder and custard powder into it. I mixed these and made it a little thicker. It turned out to be a very nice texture.

Then I put the prepared milk filling inside the bread. Then I folded it very nicely. I made a few of them this way. I really enjoyed making them.

Then I put the milk back on the stove. I mixed sugar and powdered milk in it and thickened it a little. I heated them for a while and thickened it a little.

Then I poured the milk over the bread. Then I decorated it with pistachios. It looked really good.
