Assalam u alaikum,

Just as the passage of time affects humans, and when a person is first young and then slowly steps towards old age, it seems to affect their life, similarly, plants also spend a beautiful and springy moment of their life and bear fruit, and the time spent in that fruit ripens and is ready really affects the life of the plant.

The two pictures I have shared with you here also show the time that has passed on the plant, in which the tomato fruit grew on its plant and turned green because it was still raw, until it ripened and turned red. The effects that time has left on the life of a plant are also clearly visible in those pictures.

In the same amount of time it took for the fruit to ripen, the leaves that had previously grown on the plant turned black and died after living their lives.
