With the arrival of Ramadan, a variety of dishes come to the fore.We made chicken vegetable rolls today. And their recipe is also very easy.

Preparing of filling
First, to prepare the filling to be put inside the roll, we will finely chop all the vegetables. And fry all the vegetables one by one. Then we will add all the spices and fry them.
Finely chopped vegetables include carrots, cabbage, capsicum, and onions. Fry all of them in oil, remembering to use very little oil.

Add a few more vegetables, such as peas, potatoes, green chilies, and boiled chicken that has been shredded into fine pieces.

Now it's time to add the spices: ground black pepper, ajwain, salt, and oregano powder.

Add a little bit of ghee and a little bit of soy sauce and fry the spices. After it cools down, apply the spices to the roll strip as per your choice and form a roll. To glue the roll, make a mixture of flour and water and apply it.

Apply spices in the middle of the roll strip and close both the edges. Fold the third edge to form a roll and apply the mixture to the last edge and seal it. Make all the rolls in the same way.
By the way, these rolls are made in such a way that they can also be frozen, but since a large amount of iftar is prepared every day during Ramadan and a lot of samosas are fried for it, I am making all these rolls to fry in the evening.In the evening, we fried all the rolls on low heat. When the color of the rolls turned golden, our rolls were ready.
